It was a pleasure to work with Sales Rep (Karan) who answered all of our questions and had lots of time for us. Then, there were the installers (Alec and Tim) who were extremely professional, skilled and polite. Outstanding. Finally, Project Manager Jim was also extremely knowledgeable and stayed with with us through the whole process. All in all, these 4 people really made our experience with Renewal by Andersen an outstanding one. Highly recommend

have received your offer and the contract and have reviewed them…read more After very careful deliberation, I feel that I am not comfortable with dealing and doing business with you Though price is a consideration, there are many other factors which led me me to take this considered decision There were so many red flags - some among them, twisting facts, attempts at disinformation, false accusations, high pressure selling, contradictions in the contacts, lack of protection for my deposit, lack of trust and belief in me as the customer This may not just you but maybe this is the corporate philosophy and culture, and business model of the company Site visits, sales call and marketing and advertising all are just tools of the sales proceeds, and a means to secure business, and NOT a favour to the customer that it has to be cited as a reason for the costs and pressure It is rather unfortunate, as I really wanted to do business with you thinking that I would be dealing with reliable professional, ethical company, which is customer centric, understanding and respectful of its customers I also received TOTALLY opposing reports and recommendations bout some windows from the two representatives. Does not provide any level of comfortin theprofessionalism and assessment! you MAY have good products but that is only a small Part of a business relationship. I hope this could be the trigger to review and revise your business model and ethics I wish you all the best to you and the company and hope that its customers get their money worth and respect that they deserve, as THEY are reason for your very existence of the company

When is comes to choosing the right window for your house, every installer will tell you that their…read more(one) window product and their method is the best, and with all of the companies aggressively advertising, the waters become even muddier. We first met Mike of Window Land at the Home Show and Canada Blooms. It was the first company we spoke with and, after interviewing a number of companies; it was the company we chose to complete our window retrofit in our 130-year-old century home. We were glad we did. Window Land provided us with up front information about a number of window manufacturers he deals with, all with different pros and cons, to meet our needs. We weren't stuck with the suspiciously "best" and conveniently only window other installers were selling, Mike had options and was able to show us the differences between brands and costs. He made us feel comfortable in making an informed decision, and quoted us a fair price. We completed lots of research and found lots of companies with lots of good reviews, but we really liked the Window Wise installation certification Mike's installers offered, and the technical offerings of the VinylBilt windows. Mike was not pushy but asked questions in tailoring our window selection to our needs and attempt to restore the look of our Victorian home with modern and practical features. Once we placed the order and the windows were ready, Mike contacted us and sent his professional installers (approximately 2 weeks). The installers are very experienced (over 18 years with Window Land), considerate, clean and precise. They completed all the window installation and capping in our house in one day and took care to clean up the space. We were impressed that they completed the project in one day. We would recommend Mike and Window Land to anyone looking for windows, regardless of budget or needs - he will work with you to get you what you need at a fair price. You will not regret hiring Window Land in a sea of purported #1 window companies

During the installation, the crew was incredibly careless and damaged the plants in the front of my house. I understand that accidents happen, but the installers didn't even try to be careful or have the basic courtesy to report the damage to me before they left. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that my new backyard sliding door is noticeably smaller than the original one. I was never once informed during the sales process or prior to installation that there would be a reduction in size. To make matters worse, the hardware quality is highly questionable. Less than three weeks after installation, the door handle/flush mount pull broke off under completely normal daily use. When I contacted customer service to report the broken hardware, I fully expected it to be covered. Instead, they told me I had to pay $40 for a replacement part. I just spent thousands of dollars on these windows and doors, and they are nickel-and-diming me over a defective handle that didn't even last a month. You can always tell the true quality of a company by how they stand behind their products and honor their warranty when something goes wrong. In this case, Ecotech completely failed to do either. A word of warning to future buyers: just be careful of those "too good to be true" reviews. Research the company wisely--look into not just the windows themselves, but most importantly, how they actually handle their warranty. Don't just rely on the smooth sales pitch from the salesman. Be sure to check Yelp for more honest reviews before making your decision. Highly disappointing experience. I cannot recommend them.
