We had an 8am scheduled installation they showed up around 845a (not bad) but said there was a 2 hour companywide meeting that held them up. Took almost 8 hours for install, which was ok considering we had 12 windows and were an upper level condo unit. At end of the install the foreman gave me a checklist to follow out and sign and he didn't do the walkthrough with me that he was supposed to, said just call with any issues (my wife let me have it on that!). At this point, I was annoyed by the clear miscommunication on there end so I gave Marty a call back and told home that I would just go with someone else since I was on a time crunch to get this dine.
