Every single one of those windows has moisture problems. The company sent out a guy 2 times. Every time we were told moisture on the inside of a window is due to too much moisture in the house. We bought 3 dehumidifiers and have the humidity problem solved. Well the guy came out a third time. Told us without even checking our windows that it is normal for windows to have condensation in the inside. ‍. He says the windows are working fine. It is the moisture and the circulation in our home. That's a bunch of BS. Well I disagreed and I am not satisfied with the windows. Now the service /installation manager is going to come to our house. How can 9 windows have condensation and one window not have a drop of moisture on the inside? Called Window World, and was told that they don't know why he didn't show up so I was put on hold and after I was put back on, the man who answered the phone, Marty, said that my representative was already at the address and was talking to the customer already, he wasn't. At this point, I was annoyed by the clear miscommunication on there end so I gave Marty a call back and told home that I would just go with someone else since I was on a time crunch to get this dine. He was very understanding and apologized, even though it probably wasn't his fault, but what this told me is that my time clearly wasn't important enough to them. I decided to use someone else to put my back window in because they only install the same size window over the old frame. they don't actually replace trim or anything. Im truly unhappy with them customer service. though as I said their installer both for the window and siding are the only reason they get any stars. the installers are great. the rest of the chain to get the stuff is absolutely horrid.
