When I picked up the camper, they washed it and all but didn't remove the stickers from the front nose cap of the unit. That should have been my first warning sign. I drove home 5 hours and upon getting it parked, went to remove the 2015 sticker that was on it. Upon removing it, I found that the gelcoat was damaged into the fiberglass on the nosecap. I contacted the sales person who said she'd have Tony, the owner contact me. I patiently waited and finally called several more times only to talk to Tony once and when he found out who I was went to "put me on hold" and hung up. I talked to Bridget who said she'd talk to the owners and have been totally ghosted to this day. I would say if you go to buy from them, be sure to check and double check it over for damage and consider a professional inspection from a third party.

They are about average price-wise, but they do such great quality work on curved glass! The price, is great, for what you get in quality. The only complaint is that they do not have a lot of staff right now, and your order may take more than four (4) days to complete. So if you're in a big hurry, you might do well to go elsewhere in town. But if you've got time, they are worth it for regular cut glass!

Brad diagnosed the repair and apologized as it was so expensive to fix (it cost more than the car's resale value). Thus, I wanted to make sure our only car left, our 2008 Suburban which was having revving issues and an oil leak, was good for a cross country drive to Pittsburgh. Another place in town (not a dealer) told my wife it would be approximately $2500+ to fix the problem. Brad did a diagnostic on it and fixed several items that had actually been missed by 4 years of Virginia mechanics! Total cost? $189!! He could have charged half of the other quoted price and we would have been ecstatic, but he showed me the prices for the parts and the hours of labor done and how that was the only thing that was needed. When you look up "Honest Mechanic" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of him! A couple of weeks later, in order to replace the Honda, I bought a friend's 2008 Enclave which had been serviced at the local GM dealership. I took it to Brad who diagnosed MAJOR issues with the car that was CLEARED as "good to go" by a GM dealer!! He (again) was so apologetic and said, "buying this car would be the worst mistake you could ever make" and didn't even charge me for that diagnostic. Talking to Brad makes you think of great surgeons who've been to school for many years to get to know the body inside and out. Brad knows cars: foreign, domestic, old and new. He is an excellent mechanic and is PERSONALLY responsible for saving my family THOUSANDS of dollars. I am very grateful for his hard work and dedication to his customers. He and his team can find and fix the problem quickly and effectively for a VERY fair price and he's a great guy and very friendly to talk to (throughout my weeks of stopping by his shop I had a couple very pleasant conversations with him about our families). August 17th, I had an oil change at Wilmes Chevrolet. During that time, I never received an…read moreinspection sheet, only a bill, and it was paid. Fast forward one week and one of my tires was leaking, so I took it into Billingsley Ford because they were the only shop that could fix my tire at the time. The service technician from Billingsley came out after bringing in my vehicle for a tire repair and stated that they could not fix my tire because it was already severely damaged. The technician showed me and my husband that there was damage to three of the four tires that were severely worn. I told the technician that I just had my tires rotated from Wilmes and the technician said that should have brought to your attention at the time of service. I called Wilmes and a gentleman from the service department pulled my file from that day and stated there was no inspection sheet for my vehicle. Later that week I contacted the manager Steven Gribble and explained what I experienced and his excuse was they had run out of inspection sheets. This is not okay to not let the customer know the current issues with the vehicle it came in to be serviced for. The wear on the tires was so severely damaged the in inner material wires were showing. This should have been brought to my attention at the time of service.

I love my little Mazda, especially the gas mileage, but there was barely enough room for the dog in the backseat. After doing A LOT of research I knew exactly what I wanted: a Toyota Tacoma 4runner, Limited, preowned. Because of Corona I did a couple weeks worth of online shopping and phone calls with dealerships all over the Texa-homa region, and finally set a date to make a round of appointments at four dealerships in one day with the goal of coming home with a new car. Four Stars was my second appointment of the day, and the last one I needed. I worked with Marvin Tate, and he was a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to all my wants and needs, and he understood and respected my budget instead of pushing the most expensive cars on me just to make a bigger sale. He helped me find the perfect fit, then helped me work a great deal with the manager Dell Pauley before sitting down to crunch the final numbers and sign the paperwork with Gary. I ended up getting a great price on my 4runner, $3500 over the average KBB value for my trade in, a reasonable interest rate, an added warranty, and even some all weather floor heavy duty floor mats all under my original budget. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of everyone who helped me find and buy the perfect car, so Four Stars Toyota gets Five Stars from me!

These people only care about their commission pay, not their customers. They do not follow what…read moretheir contract says, you tell them about a problem and they beat around the bush about it. When I purchased a vehichle from them they did 0 maintenance work before having me drive away, they also did not let me test drive they just jumped me into paper work and had me take off with the car. Whenever I asked questions about the vehichle I was told to ask another dealership. Please do not go here if you are interested in a car.
