I returned there today to address the issue and was rudely told it was not from the install but rather the soft rubber window gasket. If the scratches could have been caused (which they couldn't possibly have) by the rubber gasket, they would be vertical not horizontal. They did a shoddy install on a mustang that I had them do 8 or 9 years ago which still looks awful to this day. As a small business owner I do know a little bit about customer service and what I experienced today was awful. I will never take a vehicle there again. I now understand why there are no positive reviews for this business. Stay away from this place.

Sent a friend to them seeing as I didn't have time to drive an hour and a half one way to do a quick one step buff on their car. Between burned paint and having more scratches than it had coming in, I'd have been better off just going and doing it myself. After living here for a few weeks we reached out to Perfection. The owner came out and showed us what they could do and demonstrated various tints that were available. We settled on one and the next morning we received a sample so we could see the difference the tint would do. We loved it and within a week they installed the tint to all of the windows. It makes a huge difference. From outside the tint becomes nearly a mirror and from inside it provides a nearly invisible view. The work was done professionally and after their clean up the room was returned to the previous condition. The price seemed very reasonable.
