We went to great lengths to move everything so there was easy access to every window. We even unlocked each window so it would take less time to open them for cleaning. I had to leave the house for 40 minutes. When I returned Brian and his crew of 2 young men were in their vehicles. I walked into the house and immediately noticed that many of the windows weren't clean. Upon inspection, the sills were still dirty, screens which did not need to be taken out were sitting on the floor near some windows and there are scratches in the glass on some of the windows. There wasn't one window that was fully cleaned. I tried to catch them but they were gone. As of this moment we have sent a message to Brian letting him know of our displeasure and are awaiting a response. We hope he follows up & we can give him a better review. August 14, 2025 UPDATE=Hooraay!!! Brian and his crew returned this very afternoon and with many apologies and some cloths, they went over every window and we are now satisfied with the quality of the work now completed. I would recommend Brian with the caveat that you specify that you expect a thorough walk-thru when the job is done. His guarantee can be relied upon.

I have a feeling that he had seldom washed intricately-shaped spindles. At the end of the day we pointed out that he missed some of the surfaces of the spindles. He returned the next day to re-do them (kudos, kudos - we had already paid him). We would have given five stars except for one thing: although he had very conscientiously moved the deck furniture off, he forgot to put the pieces back. (The grill was a bit tricky for us). We will hire him again.
