This company has proved on multiple occasions to rate as low as possible. The costumer service is awful. The service department has a complete lack of care for costumer satisfaction. For weeks you will hear "You will receive a call back" in which no one will ever contact you. It takes YOU calling every single time to hear from them and then if you complain out of frustration you will only get an emotionless "I am sorry for your frustration" but with absolutely no follow up on what they can do to resolve your problem. When purchasing our windows we also purchased our front door, the handle on the door recently stopped working. The first time around it took two weeks for service to finally show and complete what was a 5-10 minute job. Two weeks later the same problem occurred. After a week of waiting for service, I received an email asking how our recent service was. Extremely confused on this email as no one contacted me nor fixed my door handle, I called costumer service in which they responded they would have service contact me. Fast forward through the weekend and after multiple upset phone calls on Monday, I ask to speak to the manager of the costumer service department (they refused to transfer me to the manager of the service department). I was told we "no call, no showed" the service team on Friday which is extremely ridiculous and absolutely untrue as not one phone call was made to set up an appointment. The "manager" explained he would have to submit a new ticket. So now we will be going on three weeks of this. Three weeks of feeling completely scammed. I would like to believe that after multiple phone calls due to uncompleted and written off service that a company would do everything at hand to complete the job and care for costumer satisfaction. BUT instead they make the costumer feel absolutely at wrong for being upset. I am still left with a nonworking door and a "you will receive a call back". I pray to have no further issues with our windows or door because trying to work with this company is nothing less than a nightmare. If I can leave you with any advice from this review, it would be to choose a different company. Never this one. read more

this was by far the WORST contractor experience of my life. the salesman was slick and of course said everything we wanted to hear. the 1st day of installation (my husband stayed home from work) they showed up with one door. it was missing the screen door which he told us it came with & we when talked to him about it he said we'd have to buy it if we wanted it. the windows and sliding glass door came later. some fit some did not. the sliding glass door was the wrong color (a different color than the other door installed) and he told us we would have to have it painted & asked if we could live with the grids in the doors being different colors. i finally requested to speak to a manager who then can out with the salesman we told him we no longer wanted to work with. the manager assured us he would take over and see our job through and we never heard from him again. this is only half of the mayhem we endured. i tried calling several times to speak to someone, went through the web site and could never get anyone. i would NEVER recommend this company. the salesman outright lied about so many things and there was never any follow up from anyone. read more
