I've been wanting to have my roof cleaned for years, but, couldn't find anyone that does that. Recently, I needed to have my skylights cleaned and wasn't sure to search for a roofing company or a window cleaning company. I found Window Gang online. When I found their website, I was happy to see they not only clean skylights, but, also roofs. I immediately called and make an appointment for 10/25/18. I was told their men would be at my home between 10:30 and 11:30a. Mikah and Antonio showed up ~10:40a. They walked me around my home and explained what they will be doing. They never stopped working. Antonio sprayed down everything around my home with water, to avoid any negative ramifications when the cleaning chemicals dripped off the roof. After Mikah cleaned the roof, Antonio got on the roof and hand-cleaned the skylights. Mikah and Antonio were very polite, professional, and possess an impressive work ethic. My roof and my skylights are beautiful once again. Oh, and the next day, I received a call to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Window Gang! read more

Window Gang has very polite, professional staff that do a great job! They put booties on their feet when in the house and work efficiently, but NOT carelessly. They won't be the cheapest, but that's because you get what you pay for. The "wax" that they put on the windows must repel dirt because their cleaning always looks perfect so much longer than any other window cleaners. I've hired them more than 10 times and most of the time they do a fabulous job, but if the window has a glare on it and you don't see a spot they missed until they are gone-don't worry. They follow up with a phone call a few days later to make sure you are happy with their job. They will come back out and fix anything you didn't like. I've used them for pressure washing my driveway, gutter cleaning, and windows. Highly recommend them. read more

Wow! These guys were amazing. I called several different places to clean our gutters, and they all had to schedule times to give an estimate first (and then later would come out to do the work). With Window Gang they were able to give me the estimate over the phone based on the public record dimensions of our house. And...they were able to get here to do the work before even our first estimate from other companies. We also ended up having them down some power-washing as well. When they came they did amazing work. They were very professional and friendly. And my goodness, out of all the service organizations we've had for various projects, they were by far the most punctual. Right on time down to the millisecond! ... Oh, and the price was very reasonable! I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

This February was the 3rd time I hired Window Gang to powerwash my home, carriage house, brickpavered driveway, sidewalks, and courtyards. They also powerwashed my vinyl privacy fences and white picket vinyl fence. They then washed my paned windows inside and outside. This time I also had them clean my dryer vent. Jessie was always punctual, polite, professional and I believe more of a perfectionist than I. I wouldn't hire any other company but Window Gang of Jacksonville to conduct the extensive cleaning project at my home. Everything was so sparkling clean and fresh as the day I built my home!!! I highly recommend Window Gang of Jacksonville because they take pride in their workmanship. Deborah B. Mount Dora, FL read more

I've used Window Gang sporadically over the past few years, all with wonderful success. That's a huge statement coming from me. Usually, I just have select windows cleaned, but this time I added gutter cleaning and pressure washing the eaves and a/c fence. They came out for a quick quote, I emailed them back with more specifics and accepted the revised quote. There are so many businesses out there that do substandard work or try to bait and switch you. Not only does Window Gang do an excellent job, they are reasonably priced compared to competitors, showed up on time, polite, prepped areas before cleaning, pointed out any issues afterward and triple-checked their work. I highly recommend them. read more

This was my first time using Window Gang, I will start by saying that they arrived on time, I had a few services besides my house washed, they also cleanedthe dryer vent, cleaned the gutters and washed the windows, my house now looks amazing, spotless, they did a wonderful job, my windows had water spots and I thought there was no remedy, but to my surprise all of that is gone, it seems like there is no glass. I am very happy how it all turned out, finally I want to say THANK YOU, you exceeded my expectations, read more

Was referred a friend who loves there service(s). Lindsay on the phones was extra friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had my gutters cleaned and dryer vent flushed. Service was scheduled within a very short time. Emily and Tobias showed up on time and were also very professional and polite. The gave a full report when they were done on what they did, what they found and what the recommended for maintenance by me until next time. Highly recommend. read more

They did a great job on our two-story home - beautifully cleaned windows and window sills. The two-man team did a great job and they did not miss a thing. There was a minor mishap with our (old) wired security system in that a sensor got pushed into frame. No problem for Window Gang as they sent out a security company technician to make the repair. No muss, no fuss. We heartily recommend this company. read more

Obviously, Window Gang does more then windows. We engaged them to clean the barrel clay tile roofs on 4 townhome buildings with 15 combined units. They were responsive and professional from bids through execution. Our "wants" were simple - properly clean the tiles, do it safely, don't break any tiles, protect the landscape from damage and be fair in the pricing. They exceeded our expectations. Ken read more
