Awesome experience!…read more We had blinds installed a few years ago by a NYC company. One of them broke, and the company wouldn't come out to NJ again to fix it. A local business said they only worked on Hunter Douglas products and might not be able to get the right parts. Then... cue drum roll... Ziegler said they would pick up the broken blind and return it the next day. Turns out, they did even better. Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him. He had the blind fixed and working within minutes. Pricing was reasonable, and obviously the service couldn't be beat. 1000000% recommended.

The salesperson's tablet was very slow, and I was out of time. Very frustrating experience. I felt like a product I had not requested was being forced on me. I needed something for a large window and a patio door that would provide light blocking at night and some screening of the western exposure during the day. The Duolite product would meet my needs, but I would have needed a vertical blind for the door. The salespersons insistence that he knew what I wanted killed the sale.

Chris installed the blinds yesterday, and they are a perfect fit and installed perfectly. In the weeks since I ordered these custom blinds an older blind in my living room broke it's pull string. This made the blind useless. I asked Chris if he would take a look at it and see if he could maybe take it back to the shop. Long story short, he had it fixed in 10 minutes at no extra charge. I think that's the kind of customer service that doesn't get any better. I would recommend Chris and Budget Blinds of New City to any and all of my friends.

First off, the blinds in my home are one of the featured photos so I can speak very well to the…read morequality of their work. That said, we found these guys based on the recommendation of our builder who has done a lot of work with them. I can't say enough good things about just how well-organized and dependable these guys are. While they have their share of samples at their store - what makes their service so good is the fact they will come to your home with tons of samples in their trucks to help you get the best possible sense of what your prospective blinds will look like in your own home. That is a huge deal because often times it really is difficult to truly get a gauge of how your blinds will look unless you see it firsthand yourself in your own home. These guys spared absolutely no effort in bringing lots of examples to our (then-empty) home. They walked through a lot of options and helped us visualize how they would look by placing the samples in our windows. They were very patient during the process and gave a lot of honest opinions about the best possible options based on price and budget. On the day of the installation - they were extremely efficient. We have more than 30 windows in our home so it was a pretty big task. However, they were fast, expedient and did a fantastic job overall. The end product was beautiful and though we bought a variety of different blinds (from the most high-end Hunter Douglas/automatic option to more budget-minded options in smaller rooms) - we were really pleased with the color coordination and how it all turned out. They also cleaned up quickly and left the house in great shape. They also returned on a later date to help us set up our automatic blinds and configure the wifi settings. Again they were patient, efficient and spre no effort in making sure things were tip top before leaving. Blinds are a pretty big investment - especially if you live in a big house with lots of windows - or if you're looking to buy higher-quality names. It's really important to find the right people who are great at their work and are transparent with buyers about their budget options. These guys are absolutely 100% great on all fronts and I strongly recommend anyone who's furnishing their home and need blinds/curtains to check these guys out. You will absolutely not be disappointed. Kudos to Danny, Jeff and Jason who did an amazing job with our blinds and really made our home as beautiful as can be.

No AI here - I can write. We moved into our new house a…read morecouple months ago. There were pretty awful blinds in my space, nearly all were broken & all were ugly, so I was determined to replace them asap. I carefully read reviews for companies that supplied blinds & shades but noticed that some were, shall we say, shady. Made contact with 2 companies, had 2 salesmen from one place vying aggressively but the one guy who showed up was only offering me more dumb vinyl blinds, despite my expressing interest in roman shades. He actually told me that I didn't want those. Really? Mansplaining my tastes? Offer no options? Did I look stupid? I had also responded to ES Home Textiles Studio's offer for an estimate. When both Erika & Sara showed up to offer options, take the measurements, talk price, exactly on time, they also took the time to notice my color palette. I am an artist & color is so important to me! The light in our new house very much weighed in on my choices. While Erika took the measurements, Sara took pics of the art & colors I surround myself with, she noticed the light, we talked color, textures, weights & then she afterwards sent me a lot of samples that coordinated with my aesthetic. After I looked thru them all, took time to give them a feel, I asked for some more samples with different patterns & overnight I had an even more extensive palette to choose from (they didn't want them returned so I gave them to my granddaughters to make doll clothes). Actually made choices harder - I loved that! - but I found my colors, patterns & textures & we were off. Excellent communication from ES, one very minor delay, but their installers put everything in place when they said they would, exactly as they said they would & I am beyond pleased. The installers were prompt, great communication, followed all instructions, offered to move all the furniture back in place as well. They provided what I really wanted, in a good timeframe, for a reasonable price. I now feel like I have some art on my windows - they gave me the options & service I hoped for! You want professional?
