Service tech. came to the house and worked on this one blind for over 2 hours. After being unsuccessful with repair, he removed the good blinds and took them, with the one that didn't work, to the shop. Three weeks later we had not heard from anyone about the blinds. We made several calls only to be told they would call back with a response. Never happened! I had to call back and tell them to return blinds. I found the blinds on my porch, with a nasty note from the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service so far has been probably the worst I've ever experienced. And I've kind of…read moremade it a point to not review businesses during a pandemic because I own a business and I know how hard it is to provide the level customer service that even you expect from other people. But this is just getting ridiculous, no follow up. So in my opinion if the customer service is bad the actual service is going to be even worse.
