    We purchased blinds for our whole home in May 2019. We loved the purchasing experience, the owner…read more(Jose), the installers, and to this day we still love our blinds. We have recommended the company to several friends, but we are not longer able to do so. Communication is a BIG problem with this company. Our vertical blinds broke, and we finally got the issue resolved after 4 months. The company did not have the part, and stated they couldn't fix them. We asked for other options, thinking we could potentially buy a new set. After going back and forth with several employees, we were basically told they couldn't do anything for us since they didn't have the part. We asked if we could speak to someone in person, thinking something was getting misconstrued over email communication, and they stopped responding to us. Finally, I wrote some bad reviews online and that got their attention. The owner (who we were so happy was involved after having a good experience working with him) got in touch with us. He reiterated they didn't have the part, but that he might be able to get it. After a few weeks, we sent a follow up email, and shortly after that we were told to bring the track in. I truly hoped all would be resolved and I could amend my poor review. Unfortunately, when my husband came to pick up the track, he was not treated kindly. The owner was clearly very angry with us for writing the bad review. He doesn't seem to understand how we were told many different things by many different people in his company, and that we were just trying to get a straight answer our blinds fixed... even if that meant we just needed to buy different ones. He said that they didn't have the part needed, but he found a way to get them fixed (which we are SO appreciative of). He said it would be $45 since it was out of the one year warranty. (We were never told this at any point before, which would have been appreciated.) My husband asked for a printed invoice/bill of sale, and was continued to be treated rudely. It seems as if the owner thinks we just kept asking and asking when they told us they couldn't do anything, but this wasn't the case. Again, communication is a BIG problem within this company, and he doesn't seem to understand that we weren't always getting responses to our inquiries or were being told conflicting information. (And again, we had previously asked in an email - if there's nothing to be done, what are our options as for getting new blinds? We were just asking them to provide us another opportunity to purchase blinds from them, and were ignored.) Over the course of the interaction, we were told so many times how much they did not appreciate my review (which as the only thing that got their attention). It's clear they cared more about our bad review than how they actually want to do business. All in all, we loved this company so much - until we had an issue getting something fixed. If you go with this company, you will love your product, I'm sure of that, but you may have a problem if you buy a product from them that (like ours) later gets discontinued.
