Let me start by saying Jose did a great job and was very polite. However, Kelley at the main office was not so kind. I had to prove they still had a coupon in the Valpak (which she said they did not) to get 22 panels cleaned for $129. Spoiler alert- The window pictured below is 6 panels! You can't have more than 3 of these windows in your home or they won't honor that price for the 1st "22 panels". Nineteen windows later it came out to $355....ouch. This is the second time using WCT. Prompt and courteous. Carlos inspected our solar panels and recommended cleaning them after the summer season. They tend to need it more then due to the lack of rain that normally rinses off the dirt, I was told. Our window tracks accumulate plenty of blow sand and make windows difficult to open. He paid plenty of attention to tracks and they are spotless. Their pricing is competitive, and being a locally owned biz is a plus for me as well. Definitely be using them again. read more

The window cleaning itself was ok, just vacuumed slider tracks, no cleaning. No cleaning window tracks. But here's the deal, they ruined my screens. After reading other reviews, this has happened to other people. Sent pictures and called 4 times no response. So guess what, I had my CC company reverse the charges. Boy did that get their attention. Very loud and pushy woman Kelly called me stated they offered to repair one screen and I refused. Yes because they wrecked 4screens. Do to the fact that some of my 3 pane widows slide up and down I was told it would be considered 6 windows because each small window has a frame around it. We have used this company since approximately 2011. When we bought a new house in early 2019, we made the mistake of trying a different company that had been recommended by the builder. So glad we came back to The Window Clean Team recently. Their service, responsiveness, and professionalism has always been top notch, and the technician we had on 9/20/19 did the best job I've ever seen. After getting a coupon in val-pac decided to give them a try. I have a large home with 49 windows. So for me the coupon was useless. However was quoted $245.00 for in ,out and screens. So Carlos started the job, was very careful of my things. However when he finished I had run out. and my roommate disabled roommate was there. Upon my return I noticed that several of the windows still hade dirty corners and some were streaky . Some of the tracks were cleaned some not. So I called the "company" and the women who answered at at 10 am the next day said that she would call back within 2 hours after she had a chance to talk to Carlos. Well low and behold at 4:15 still no call back . I left another message an 24 hr later still no call back. read more

Second time using this company. The first time, 2 years ago was very good service. This time the window gutters were left dirty as were several windows. Several screens - 5 to be exact - were ruined beyond repair. Made six attempts to get the problem resolved amicably. We called Window Clean Team to clean the windows on 3 rental condos in PGA West. I spoke with Tomi & she gave me an estimate based on how many panels we have. Our cleaner (Carlos I think) did great work & was very professional & was sure to wear booties in the house as to not mess up our floor. We did have a wasp nest outside one of our doors so he was unable to clean that one on the outside, but said once the nest was removed, to call & they would clean it when they are back out in the area. I called Window Clean Team, and made arraignment to have a screen repaired. I took a exact screen to give him a bird eye view, that was May 13, 2016, I was given an estimate for the repair of $45.00. I was assured by a person named Steve that they would call upon the screen being repaired. As of today June 9th, I'm still waiting, What business does this????? I would tell anyone to be very skeptical of this Window Clean Team. (UPDATE 6/24/2016) I received a call from the above mention business last week, informing me that they have been trying to contact me to come and pick up my window screen. I carry my phone with me all day and half the night now you trying to compound a lie after reading my above comments.
