I am honestly so insanely grateful to have Compassionate Care Animal Hospital as my vet! I have…read moregone to many different animal hospitals in the area before finding Compassionate Care and they are by far the best! When you care for your pets, seeing them hurt or injured is such a stressful time and you want them to have the best care. Compassionate Care continues to go above and beyond in every interaction. The staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr. Allison is kind, great with animals, knowledgeable and professional. My dog, Loki, just had a recent issue that I wasn't sure was minor and would heal on its own or something I needed to take him in for. The staff at Compassionate Care were quick to help me and provided amazing service, as they always do. Thank you, Compassionate Care Animal Hospital, for taking such wonderful care of Loki so that he can continue being spoiled and loving life!

SO - with COVID, the "parents" are not allowed inside with their pet. You call the office once you arrive, a staff member comes out to retrieve your pet, the vet calls you once they have visited with your pet, a staff member calls shortly after for payment of services, and then a staff member brings your pet out afterwards. It's as simple as that. I called Compassionate Care after being referred to them by a friend. My family and I added a Shih-Poo puppy (Molly) to our family a few weeks ago so I wanted to do a wellness visit and make sure that she was up-to-date with her vaccinations. The staff members and vet techs were super friendly (over the phone and when getting Molly and dropping her back off). The vet was even more friendly and super informative. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name - but it was not Dr. Miles. I do not see anyone listed on their webpage except for Dr. Miles. The vet went over EVERYTHING with me that had to do with taking care of and training a puppy. He spent about thirty minutes on the phone with me and I absorbed everything that he had to share. I really enjoyed my time with him. It showed me that he was both compassionate and caring! I also really like the app that Compassionate Care uses to keep you up to date with your appointments. With having a puppy, I think that this is super handy. We have another appointment in two weeks for boosters and I am looking forward to speaking with the staff and vet again. If you have a pet, I would highly recommend Compassionate Care!

They are the reason my beautiful boy was able to pass in his bed at home surrounded by family instead of us having to move him and take him to the vet while he was suffering and in pain. Dr. Maul was absolutely wonderful in her kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She prepared my family with necessary info and letting us know what to expect as part of the process, and was very patient with our emotional responses and grief. I will be eternally grateful for this service, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing to make this extremely difficult decision. I miss my dog dearly, but I am glad we were able to ease his transition in a place he knew and loved.
