BUYER BEWARE! I…read morebooked a trip for our anniversary and Debbie was helpful to give me some insight and recommendations. Everything was set but we had to cancel about 6 months before our trip as we relocated for work and couldn't make the trip. I called Debbie to cancel or reschedule but couldn't get a hold of her after multiple calls. I sent her a few emails requesting her help and finally got a response after she said it went to her spam folder. It took her over a month to confirm that the trip had been cancelled after "waiting for credit from the hotel". I did receive confirmation that the trip had been cancelled and to let her know what date to reschedule to. I have since tried to contact her via phone, email and Facebook messenger (also Facebook messenger her employees/associates) but I haven't received any response from Debbie. I did receive a response from one of her associates that they would pass along my message but I am still waiting for a reply. My trip has not been rebooked and I am out over $2500. I have read some other reviews and I have emails, documentation and phone records to back up my claims. All I want is to rebook my trip so that I get what I paid for and not get cheated out of money and a great trip. If Debbie reads this, please contact me . . . You have my information!!!
