When we first asked Erica to recommend different cruises for us, she targeted those cruise lines…read morethat were known for being accommodating to those with celiac disease. This put my mind at ease because this was always my biggest concern--would I be able to eat without getting sick? In addition, she walked us through the different types of cabins that we could book by sending us videos so we could compare them! We ended up booking an eight day cruise on the Celebrity Beyond and it was everything that she told us it would be! Prior to sailing, she contacted the cruise line to tell them that I would need a dedicated gluten-free diet. In addition, this was our first cruise, so we didn't know all of the need to know info, but she informed us of items that we would need to take with us, as well as onboard tips and tricks. She sent us information about each area that we would be visiting and a document with all of our travel information (including reservation #'s). She walked me through downloading the app for the travel insurance (and helped me set up our insurance information in it--she also did this with the tern app). She literally walked us through our trip step-by-step. I have never had a travel agent that was so detailed oriented and who responded to our questions (there were many) so quickly. DeNucci Destinations really does give the royal treatment to their customers. I cannot recommend them enough!!

He also booked two of our excursions, which were paid for before we left home. All of our transportation went smoothly and our drivers/guides were excellent. They were very friendly and excited to share their culture with us. We had a wonderful time in Belize, spending the first part in the jungle rainforest of the Cayo District near San Ignazio and the second part on the beach in San Pedro, Caye Ambergris. Our excursions through Maurice were a cave exploration at Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) which was utterly amazing and a visit to the Mayan ruins of Cahal Peche and Xunantunich, which was fascinating. We had our own personal guide for both excursions and they were excellent. We all absolutely loved Belize and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend experiencing both parts of this beautiful country because it is so diverse and the people are kind and helpful. Plus they have plentiful fresh pineapples, mangoes and plantains--what could be better?

The driver, who I'd describe as uninterested and frumpy, would not take us any further than the hotel after the ceremony. He mentioned that his shift was over so he wasn't driving us any further. We even offered him additional money since we had time to kill. He dropped us off at the hotel over an hour early and didn't want to help us out in any way. The poor bride was so upset during her encounter. She was crying her eyes out, pleading with the man and the company but I guess they wanted to ruin her wedding day. This is a sad excuse for a limo service. If you'd like them to ruin your event, I'd suggest giving them a call.
