5/11/2026: We drove over from Pensacola Beach on a rainy day to check this casino out. I was happy to find the Frankenstein and Wizard of Oz slots, but unfortunately, that's where the excitement ended. There are no table games here, and drink service is strictly automated via a button on the machines. On the positive side, the facility was very clean, and the staff we did encounter were friendly--though we rarely saw them. For dining, they have a food court setup for $20 a person that includes Italian, Asian, and American options with a fountain drink counter. A heads-up if you go on a "Senior Sunday" (ages 50+): the announcer was incredibly loud. Overall, it was nothing spectacular. Out of the three of us, only one friend walked away a winner, and even then, it was pretty minor. read more

Only a couple cool employees. Did not have a good time and most employees seemed very hostile towards anyone that won anything. I saw them kick out the coolest looking youtuber. They don't have enough Huff N Puff machines that pay majors. I would not recommend this casino to rich people. I also never saw anyone get any of the firework bonuses on the slots. Wind Creek? 1st visit to this location, we attended the Keith Sweat concert in 2024. Nice outdoor concert area with good seats where I stood up and enjoyed myself throughout the night. Most recent visit was to celebrate my birthday (2025). This was a girl's weekend with my mom. We shared the double queen with a fridge and nice seating area. A nice surprise when entering were the balloons and card by the staff along with my gifts from my mom. The bed was nice and soft and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Once settled in, we went down to enjoy the food at the Market that has several food stations that is sure to satisfy your tastebuds and while not one to hit the machines heavily, I did take advantage of the free play. I plan to visit agin and maybe check out the movie theater, bowling alley or enjoy some time at the spa. read more

I enjoyed the gaming & the atmosphere! I appreciate the clean bathrooms & free drink stations.

My room was very clean and wholesome feeling. The size of the room was amazing. The bathroom was also roomy.

I can only review the casino and it was a Sunday. The casino itself was clean along with the restrooms. The toilets had automatic seat covers which I had never seen before. There were no card or roulette tables. The smokers area was a small room with about 60 slot machines. We had to wait to sit down. The only way to get a cocktail was to walk down to the sports bar. My drink was 7.00. The bartender was pleasant and helpful. read more

As a longtime customer, I've watched the marketing, rewards program, and overall value steadily decline. The new terms and conditions, reduced comps, and other policy changes have made it feel like loyal customers simply aren't valued the way they once were. The biggest disappointment isn't whether you win or lose, that's part of gambling. It's the feeling that the overall guest experience has taken a step backward. For those of us who travel several hours to visit, the trip is becoming harder and harder to justify. When there are so many other options available, why make the drive? Biloxi, Mississippi, offers multiple casinos competing for your business, beautiful Gulf Coast views, excellent restaurants, better overall service, and a wider variety of entertainment. It feels like those properties are working to earn repeat customers instead of assuming they'll keep coming back. I understand that Wind Creek may still be convenient for people who live nearby, and if that's the case, it may still be worth an occasional visit. But for anyone making a long trip, I can no longer recommend it. There are simply better destinations that provide more value for your time and money. I hope Wind Creek takes a hard look at the direction it's heading. Loyal customers helped build its success, and many of us would like to see it become the destination it once was. Until then, I'll be spending my entertainment dollars elsewhere. read more

Wind Creek used to be a viable alternative to Biloxi. No more, the machines have been "refreshed" which means faster play and less pay outs. the Quick Hit Free Games are completely gone, Food Court is just that; no longer a self-serve buffet, comp and loyalty programs have been dramatically reduced. All good things must end, so invest your gaming money into fishing gear. read more

My husband and I visited Wind Creek casino for the first time. I have a soy food allergy. The chef, Jonathan, from the Market restaurant went out of his way to prepare my lunch to make sure I did not have soy. The food was delicious!! The worker from the BBQ place at Market also showed his concern and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you! read more

Windcreek is a fraud! Machines are to tight and when it scatters, payout sucks. Food buffet is to expensive with there nasty food.

Slot machines are crazy tight, I expect to lose but I also expect to get to play for a bit. I put in a 100.00 bill and never once had a spin that won over 10.00. The steakhouse was closed and the cafeteria option was just not good at all. It was smoke free so two stars for that. read more

Slot machines as tight as a 10 day old alarm clock.. The Casino is decent but the Return to player is ridiculous. Take your bankroll Biloxi. You will have a much better time. read more

The vaping and smoke is terrible The Buffet is gone the old buffet you could get a big pan fried in butter steak And sadly it has gone replaced by a $50 entrance into a mall type food court where they fish out your food in little plastic cups. Staying here was a pleasant surprise for the price point. The room was bright and well-appointed, featuring a very cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel has a lively, upscale energy that keeps things exciting without being overwhelming. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist. It's rare to find such a premium feel at such a budget-friendly rate. A fantastic choice if you want luxury vibes on a budget! read more

Friendly front desk staff and clean rooms if you are in the area but the hotel is starting to show its age. Mold on the ceilings in the shower, cracked grout between the tiles, and 1/2 the machines in the gym were broken. Security is visible but I'm not sure of their function. People clearly high , drunk, possibly homeless, sleeping at the machines and random areas in the casino. Same guy camped out asleep near the elevators at 11pm as 5:30am. Another walking around crying that he lost $2,000, too many machines he wanted were out of order and his the AC in his suite not working. Definitely interesting people watching. read more

My wife and I aren't gamblers, but we love to unwind in a nice hotel and this hotel is great. Unfortunately, they filled up every opening at the spa with gambling guests so we weren't able to get a couples massage like we'd hoped. We'll definitely return, but will look to get spa reservations further in advance. read more

I have always wanted to attend the cooking class at the casino. A group of 16 senior travelers were instructed on grilling steak and shrimp on a salt block. How interesting and tasty. The salt blocks were heating on the gas stoves when we entered the class- 20 minutes on low and another 20 on medium before placing our salt and peppered steak and generously oiled with a combination of olive and canola oil. After steaks were done we grilled shrimp on the salt block. The group cut up assorted veggies and sautéed on the stove and placed a pan of fingerling potatoes in the oven to roast. We plated our food and returned to the classroom to eat lunch together. Our meal was completed with a delicious brownie sundae. Hoping to return again and join another class! read more

Been going to Windcreek for a while but it's been going downhill for a little bit now. My three biggest issues are wait times, malfunctioning machines, and panhandling IN the casino. I have hit a lot of jackpots in the years I have been going but the past year the wait times have been crazy. Longest I have waited recently was for over 25 minutes for a small hand pay. Secondly, the last few times I have gone I have had 3 different malfunctions and resets on machines where my money was trapped and had to wait over half an hour for the machine to reboot. And no I'm not one of these people who destroy the button when spinning. Lastly, I have had way too many people come up and ask for a handout or to "borrow a little" when I hit anything. I understand Atmore is an overall low income town but this is getting ridiculous. Either train security to look out for these things or offer solutions for clear addicts. Either way I'll be taking my business to Mississippi. Only 15 more minutes worth of a drive and WAY nicer accommodations. read more

This review is for the Market which is supposedly their buffet. I'm visiting from Cali and this is the worse buffet I have ever been to. It's not really a buffet. They have stations where you order food and the employees give it to you like in a fast food restaurant. They have an Italian station where they have pizzas, pasta etc. the best thing there was the tiramisu. Then there's an Asian station. Sushi rice was hard and cold n their sushi. Couldn't eat it. They have apps and the only thing good there was the crab Rangoon. I got wonton soup and it was god awful. Then another station clucks and something else. Fried heaven. Corn dogs, hot dogs, onion rings, chicken etc. another station with seafood. I had the fried oysters, clam strips and fried shrimp. I enjoyed the corn and oysters. Everything else was really bad. Other stations but I did not eat at, bbq station. They really need to take a look at this and make some big improvements. $75 for 3people was definitely NOT worth it. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. I threw away the players card. Don't come if you're looking for food. Slots were tight! Not a great first time experience. read more

Been awhile since I was last here for the buffet. Will not be back for the buffet anymore. It is not good. Sure, it is all you can eat, but you have to order and it is not as good as before. They have 5 different stations. read more

My girlfriend went to the Wind Creek Casino for dinner at what was supposed to be a buffet dinner. It turned out to be horrible. The only thing that was pretty good was rhe ribs and the brisket. The baked beans tastes that they were poured out of a can and put a little bit of barbecue sauce in them and they were cold. The potato salad was fake. It was small red potatoes cut into small chucks with some mayo and some other stuff that we didn't know what it was. The catfish was frozen and put in oil to fry and tasted horrible. The collard greens tasted like they came out of a can with no seasoning. The cornbread was dry like it had been sitting all day. It was not worth $ 32.00 each more like $ 10.00 at best. The only thing that pretty good was the cheesecake and the butter milk pie. The staff was friendly and helpful. I remember when this buffet was top notch. But since the remodel it has gone downhill. Anyone looking for a good meal and to get your money's worththis is not the place. To us it's cheap want to be good buffet with poor food. read more

We made a quick stop here for a little gambling and enjoyed the location. Easy on and off the highway. The casino is filled with both newer and older games. Complimentary beverages for guests playing and pretty clean bathrooms. Very crowded for a Sunday evening when we visited. Some of the machines could use some updating. The music was on repeat and so loud the whole time we were there which was a downfall for us. It's also not the biggest casino, but you can easily get your fix here! read more

Firstly I've never had a bad experience until tonight it's Christmas and I'm just getting back to my room tonight I decided to bring my grandkids back with me so we made it at 9:55 pm we walked around outside to see the lights for a few minutes then we went to the room so it was like 10 something we wasnt even in the room for 10 before the front desk supervisor and 2 Guard came banging on the door a noise complaint mind you we just made it upstairs so I put on clothes and head back downstairs to make a complaint of my own the front desk supervisor Courtney came out mind you she was the one that came to my room so she proceeded to say that the lady said kids been keeping up noise for the last few days so I tell her if she would go watch the cameras she would see that no kids have been up here only tonight she pretty much did nothing for the inconvenience and her pretty much a-matter a fact Attitude so I called customer service and I will be going higher with this matter. read more

We stayed in the hotel one night while in town for a drag race. It was your basic but nice room. We had a great view of the pool and front fountain. I would request that if you can. They also had free fountain drinks down by the casino which we thought was really cool. We personally liked the casino. They didn't have tables so it is slots only but we didn't mind. Our favorite was having the movies, arcade and bowling area. We were able to play in the arcade with my little sister then gamble a little afterwards without feeling guilty. Kids aren't aloud in the middle carpet area of course but we seen plenty of kids around everywhere else during our stay. I will say double check to make sure you have the right menu for room service. They changed some of their menu options and haven't updated it in all of their rooms yet. They have plenty of fast foods close by if you're not into room service. We'll be back next race. read more

Where do I begin to tell you about the awesome experience we have at Wind Creek every time we're there. Let me begin with my husband Bill Hammers awesome host Rita Patrick there is no one like her. She goes above and beyond being kind, generous and thoughtful and making our experience wonderful, my husband travels for work and is there once a week and she make sure that he has his room available and check in is easy. When there she checks in on him often she makes sure he doesn't need for nothing, we've been to other casinos but Wind Creek beats them all. His room is always clean and ready, the food is always good. We enjoyed the Fire restaurant for special occasions and love it. The whole staff top to bottom is always so nice and attentive. We tell people all the time that other casinos need to take lessons from Wind Creek. There is not one complaint that we have. We just love it there. Thank you Rita for everything you do you're the best. read more

Great place, especially like to gamble they have a vast array of slot machines ranging in price from the penny machines in Dollar machines. We went here for the Birthday Promotion in Atmore. Even though my name wasn't drawn, my husband and I had a great time. A wide variety of machines to choose from. Overall the casino was clean and also the bathrooms. Wish there was more than one drink station. Late night, no cups. When we went down the next morning to play before checkout no out, no coffee. Husband would love for the casino even more if they can ever get table games. Lol. (Blackjack) We ate at the restaurant with the buffet.(can't remember the name‍)Personally, A little pricey to me for the number of choices, but it did have seafood. Husband really liked the shrimp. Definitely needs salad bar attention. Extremely limited toppings. I believe it was the manager. Real nice. The rooms were clean. Nice view. We checked out the RV area. The grounds to the casino/hotel/rv area are extremely well maintained. Looking forward to going back!! read more

No stars. Atmore wind Creek casino is a fucking joke. Don't waist your time are money. Go to Biloxi Mississippi. They got the machines so thought here till you will not get not even your bet back. The casino rarely lets anyone win if they do it's like 40 or 50 bucks compared to Wetumpka and Montgomery that's a shame

This little (28 spaces) RV site is great if you need a place to stay between stops. All leveled concrete pull through pads, nicely laid out, quite and convenient located to the hotel that offers not only gaming but a theater, arcade and a bowling alley. They have a nice laundry/bathroom facilities and free WiFi and ice machine. No pool but I believe you can go to the hotel for that. The steak house in the hotel is an AA++ with the best service imaginable - a must go to to experience. read more

Wind Creek Casino has dramatically changed their Rewards program which will chase gamblers away. In the past I was able to get rooms comped several times a month. No longer. I earned 120,000 tier points in 2024 and am Delight level. My win/loss statement shows I lost over $25,000 in 2024. Yet I will receive no more complimentary rooms and I am guessing they have reduced or eliminated food credit. I will not darken their doorstep again. Headed to biloxi where comps flow freely. read more

We decided to go on a trip and visit Atmore since it was the only Casino around we haven't been too. We were also excited to also know there was other things to do besides gambling like a movie theater, bowling, and a arcade. Well we were disappointed by alot of things here * 1* The mentioned "other things" dont open til 12 . We are early birds and it was 9/10 am when we were there. Okay second they didn't start Lunch at the food court til 11 . No buffet/no steakhouse open. I have no idea what they served at this food court because they were on breakfast and we didnt want that . It's 20.00 whatever it was. Third I noticed alot of the same games. They really need a variety. That had a crap ton of reel 777 type style(if you like that) , and other games we dont play. They only had 1 huff n puff(we like to play this) We found it in the high roller room. My hubbie lost (we won on this game at Montgomery just a day before) Honestly these games are very tight no joke * I read other reviews where people said this. I agree at the end my hubbie made $100 to the good . He made like $ 1,500 at Montgomery. He has had better luck at the other casino as well. I could tell from the beginning the way the machines were hardly giving anything that they were too tight . It wasn't fun at all . The trip was a huge disappointment and we will not go again. We will continue to go to Montgomery and we will try Wetumpka (when they have a proper food court in and not a snack place) I dont care about hot dogs, chicken fingers or any nonsense like that. It's a joke.. Best advice Go to Montgomery they have B.B. Kings !! It's worth the trip to just eat here. read more

We Visited Wind Creek Casino Atmore, As a new member they cover my loses for my first visit. (-$175.00) played for a while on several machines. Never won any amount over what we put in to those machine. We were never ahead at any time. We played one machine and hit 7 free spins after the seven free spins we won $0.10 cents. I guess it was bad luck on my side. They did cover my losses with free play (+175.00 free play) Went back the following week. Played several machines and was never on the plus side. Each machine would never allow us to get ahead. You bet & $1.80 win .80 cents You bet $3.00 and win $2.00 you bet $4.00 get a $2.00 win. It did not take long to loose $175.00 Twice.
