He rushed through the job like he couldn't be bothered, left greasy fingerprints inside of the front camera, and sloppily installed the rain sensor with what looked like a double layer of glue or something like that -- which could cause problems down the line. I called to complain and they sent him back to fix it. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility, he stood there and told me he wasn't going to do anything to make it right. Unbelievable. I made it clear, that I didn't want a subwoofer and told them I just wanted my speakers enhanced and I got exactly what I requested. I was beyond impressed of how the Amplifier boosted my speakers. They quoted me for the work, days before the installation, I paid, and didn't spend a dime more, there definitely weren't any surprises along the way. This, was an all day process for them. I dropped my car off at 9:00am, then picked it up at 5:30pm. They have great communication, they called me with a question, on where I would like my AMP screen, and I listened to the suggestion, agreed, then told them to proceed.
