They did not even want to discuss the matter and did not bother to ask what the real problem was when I contacted them. They will do their job, cash in, but being held liable/resposnsible for something they miss, they will not. A faulty roof construction should be something a professional inspector should notice.

They tell my mom everything was good and my mom thought the problem was resolved however we receive a letter from the county that we have to pay $300 per day because the permit measurements did not match. My mom has a debt of a lot of money and they are not trying to help us or Redound the money that they charge for the service . When I called the office to inquire about the situation, they did not had any measurements on file. On the following day They came to my house without notice hoping that nobody was at home to take measurements know they wanna charge us another $500 to fix the mistake they made don't waste your money with this company.
