When I met him at the house, he was very professional, and went above and beyond while looking at potential issues. The basement had water issues which surprised both of us given it being relatively new construction, so Vince went out of his way to look for what the cause was, and found that it may have been a very simple fix (moving something that caused the sump pump to become stuck and not turn on) and helped me out with that. He also helped my figure out the best place to put a home radon test. He also pointed out positive things throughout the inspection, and I was impressed by the level of detail he showed. When the inspection was over, he had the report to me within an hour. I realize he likely can't usually do that because of a busy schedule, so I really appreciated it. Overall, I can't recommend him enough, and my real estate agent was very impressed as well. She hadn't worked with him before but thought he was very thorough and helpful as well.

This was extremely helpful as Chris found that the furnace in the home I am purchasing was leaking carbon monoxide into the living space. This detailed report allowed me to click on that item that required repair which came with the picture of the reading, where the leak was and the recommendation of being repaired by a licensed Hvac professionsl. He explained the entire inspection process, including how long we would be at the home and what he would and would not review during the inspection. Patrick even took the time to pull up the property online while we were on the phone to advise me on his concerns and some additional services to consider before buying the home; no other inspector we called put forth this effort. Upon arriving at the home, Patrick quickly set up shop. On the kitchen counter, he immediately laid out his tools, radon detector, and the snacks he was kind enough to bring for us.
