I also washed a child's sleeping bag and years of grunge disappeared. Definitely byo soap etc; there's a vending machine selling some boxed detergents but not a big selection and it's hard to get the box out (as one reviewer here said). There's an excellent coffee place in the same complex, as well as a cheese store and a pricey but nice organic market. Not sure what the complaining is about. There are signs everywhere saying your laundry is your responsibility, and I found the staff super helpful. They also have a wash-and-fold service which I will definitely try.

In the largest washer, I was able to fit 2 Queen comforters with a more space to spare. Cost is $7.50 for 28 minutes of wash. There's also option to select "extra wash" for more time if needed. The place is kept very tidy and clean by "Leticia" and she's very friendly and helpful if you need assistance or have questions about using the machines. There are huge dryers and ample folding tables. All equipment is very easy to use with detailed instructions. There's plenty of parking in back of the business and it's next door to CVS with a large parking lot. The on-site bathroom is immaculate as everything else. Will surely do all our larger loads here, which we cannot accommodate in our standard home washer and dryer.
