I went back again a few days later and the dress still had marks on them so I asked them to clean it more. The woman told me to come back the very next day and instead I gave them a few days to clean it. Went back for now a 3rd time to pick up and still not ready even though she told me it would be cleaned the next day. Most recently, I dropped off a jacket on August 25 with a pickup date of September 2. When I went in on September 3--eight days later--it wasn't ready and couldn't be found. I was told it might be ready by 6 PM, but I needed it early the next morning. Previously, I brought a jacket in for alterations and the work wasn't done on time. The hems were rushed and poorly finished, and they couldn't handle the tailoring I needed. This, also, was brought in with ample time and needed desperately. For $14 to clean a jacket, I expected reliability and quality service. Unfortunately, this cleaner hasn't delivered either.
