Smh the older guy that works here is definitely a piece of work I have a super saver card with money loaded on the card I come here often and tried to dry a load which was a comforter and he tried to say just because I didn't wash here I had to pay $7 dollars his boss said smfh I told him I'm not paying $7 so then he told me to pay $5 I told him no so I ended up using my card to pay for a small wash $4.89 with no clothes washing just to shut him up to use the dryer I'm sure if it was anyone his nationality he wouldn't have a problem and on new year eve come on man if $4.89 is gonna feed your family that bad here take it and thank you for your service read more

I started coming to this place because of its cleanliness, I own a business here in Norwalk Connecticut, but I live in New Haven. I bring my laundry down from New Haven because I was trying to avoid the filthy laundry mats in New Haven. You will see in the video. I am not sure why anyone would give this place a bad rating. My wife and I travel very frequently and we tend to pack lightly so we are always looking for places to do laundry. This place is very, very clean and convenient. The staff member on hand helped us to get a wash card and walked us through the process ofUsing the machines. You really can't beat two dollars per wash for up to 18 pounds of laundry... And free use of the dryer. We will totally come back to this location in the future if we are back in the Norwalk Connecticut area! read more

I needed to dry my car seat covers for my upcoming clients (Uber/Lyft driving) after someone spilled liquids all over them. Just a dry was needed, no wash. Simple, right? Dryers don't accept quarters or any cash - just the card...OK. I have the cash or credit to pay, remember, but will use the card because rules. Attendant gave me a card and OKd me to start using the (non-intuitive) dryer while she called her manager. For some reason, the manager got very mad that I was using the dryer without a wash, and the attendant said I "need to leave." WHAT?! "Well, we're not going to let you use the machines for free!" This is after I offered payment! To sum, very rude to the point of hostile staff and a business that makes a very easy thing as difficult as possible. Go up the road to get your stuff done. read more

This place is criminal. I went to do laundry, and before bringing my item in to wash I went to get a smoothie, in the 3 minutes I went to do this, there was a boot on my car. This laundry establishment has a contract with local towing company, (who sits in the parking lot and watches people leave their vehicle) if said person, does not go DIRECTLY into the laundromat they will place a boot on the vehicle. I was going to enjoy my smoothie while doing laundry here, but instead spent an hour dealing with FEDOR towing company and Norwalk police. This happened to me and an innocent 78 yr old man. Wouldn't be surprised if laundromat gets kickback of the $125 it cost for them to remove the boot on scene. read more

They picked up and delivered the product, got everything done in 2 days, folded everything to perfection, had a GREAT price, and even used specific detergent and fabric softener for us. It's good to do your cloths yourself. You get to use the dryer as much as you want for free as long as you want. But to drop off your cloths. No no no. I asked the girl if I drop off my clothes can I get them the same day? She told me yes. Mind you I really need my clothes that day. Also the very first time I went there another girl told me the same thing that if I drop my clothes off I can get them the same day. Later on that day I got a call from the girl saying that they're not gonna be able to do my clothes today. I have to wait till the next day. Also they charge $25 a pillow case. I've never heard of a place that charges $25 for a pillowcase one single pillowcase. I told her please leave my pillowcases aside I'll do them myself. Also the scale might be rigged a little bit because when I weighed my clothes at my house it was 7 pounds less than what they weighed. Then when I got home to take my clothes and put them away every single fucking thing was mixed. Not even the folding matched. I had to re-fold some of my clothes myself. For that I should've done my own laundry myself. It was my clothes and my sons clothes. If you can't tell a young boys clothes apart from a grown plus size woman's cloths and you can't Separate them... how did you get a job here? The other place on Cross Street is way better to drop your clothes off at. I was really annoyed at all of that. I told her I'll just go somewhere else it's OK don't worry about it and she literally convinced me to stay. How do I known she was going to fuck up everything I would've just walked out but she seemed really nice and I put my faith in her. This place is just good to do laundry yourself.
