Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

The crew was fantastic to work with. Excellent attention to detail, including cleanup. It was really wonderful to see the great camaraderie they have amongst them too. Highly recommend!

Trae was able to schedule our roof with only a few weeks notice, he personally delivered shingle samples to our house for convenience, and his service was everything his proposed it would be. Trae took the time to talk me through the price, the whole process and their business philosophy. They correctly identified that my roof had been damaged by hail roughly 11 months ago, and the USAA adjuster readily agreed. After seeing how they work, how they stay in touch, how they show up, and how they are committed to doing things well and fairly, I can 100% recommend them. In fact, I wish I could award more stars because they deserved them. I particularly want to thank Drane, Ryan, and Bertin for their exceptional commitment to excellence and teamwork. Well done!!!

On top of that, Baker has guaranteed their work, unlike an "end of the driveway" guarantee I've had in the past from a local guy. Cleanup is one of the things I consider about the professionalism from these guys - no materials left laying around, no roofing nails left in my driveway, they didn't dump any trash in my own trash bin and aside from a drier house, one would hardly have known they were ever there.
