He explained how different styles and materials would affect cost. In the end we asked him to match the style of the older fencing in our yard, which he did a great job of - but he also made suggestions for some modifications to make the fence more durable. He also added a nice detail work where the fence meets our shed so it matched - which I didn't notice until after the Job was done and we appreciate! The estimate was fair and the work was done on time and within our limited schedule - which we also appreciate.

I ddecided to go with the full deck replacement. I had contacted 3 contractors/companies and felt most comfortable with Armando and his estimate. Armando sent me a contract via email which I signed and returned. The cost of the project was what I expected and I paid in 3 installments. There were some unplanned rotted wood on the house itself and he was able to fix those sections and continue with the deck project. I am very happy with the quality of the work - attractive, well-built, and sturdy above and below. The materials used were high quality. His original time estimate was 2 weeks for completion, which was achieved as planned. The All-In-One crew consisted of 3 people, including Armando, and they were all polite and respectul. I would surely use All-In-One Construction for other projects as needed.

He suggested adding copper on the top of the fence which looks fantastic and will make it less susceptible to weather. Want to add that I already had the posts installed and he was able to work with them. He suggested I paint the metal brackets a matte black, which will make the fence look even better. He also sourced some amazing sturdy hardware. I highly recommend Williams Gate Works.

Everything seemed to be going smoothly. A gentleman showed up, took measurements, and evaluated the damage. I was told they'll have an estimate ready for me the next day. Next day came and no estimate. I called and no answer. Left text messages with no response. A week later I tried again with no answer, but owner's wife did call me back from a different number and told me they have been busy and also that they went on a retreat. OK? I was told again they'll get the estimate ready for me but days went by and still no estimate. Now my texts and calls are being ghosted. I guess business is good to turn down work. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
