Can I just say we LOVE this place! There's a couple reasons I give it 4 stars because you have a window where you can be there and if you want to continue to hangout you don't have to pay again... But you have to pack up all your stuff and get back in line to come in... allowing others to secure a spot. It's really just a hassle. They will give you a stamp for the next session. Also there is zero sun coverage so I would suggest bringing something so you can get a little relief. But there's a play area, good music, lazy river, toilet bowl and slide and a lap pool. I am not a pass holder so it's self pay and it's reasonable. You can bring in a cooler and your own chairs! They do have chairs if you don't want to. But I always like when I can bring in something... they have vending and that is it no concession. So plan to bring something if you are spending the day! We will always come back here... I took my son here growing up and now I'm bringing my grandson! Fun pool day! Not to mention it's in a beautiful location! read more

Honestly I would rate 0 stars if I could. Been going to this pool since I was a kid and it first opened. Used to be a family favorite and now it's a family financial burden. 45 dollars for a family pass, used to be 28. But now days when you go the water slide won't be open, no flowing water to the kids play area and the whirl pool and lazy river have absolutely no current to them. When you pay basically 50 dollars to go in you expect all the amenities to be working if not the price should be lowered. On top of that 45 dollars should get you an entire days worth of fun. But oh no they have a block schedule that's 10-2 then 2-6. But it gets even worse. You pay for 4 hours of play but really will only get 20-40 minutes of actual water time. In between the lifeguard breaks and the sanitation issues ALL of the local YMCAs have it's an absolute rip off. Went in today, me and my family was there at open they tried saying they're at Max capacity but definitely was not. Finally we got let in an hour later. My nephews, mom and I got literally 40 minutes of swim time before they had to get everyone out for someone pooping in the pool. EVERYTIME I come here my time gets cut short, whether it's due to the weather or someone vomiting or pooping in the pool I can never get more than an hours worth of time at this pool. No refunds. No rain checks. No nothing but a sad apology. You guys are running a jank money grabbing business that does not care about robbing every one of their customers. read more

The staff was helpful and kind to our group. We were able to bring in drinks and coolers and eat on the chairs. The grass was lush and somehow mostly bug free. The lifeguards seemed competent. And the view is just amazing! Also--shout out to whoever made the playlist. The songs were fun and my whole group was jamming the whole time. The downside of this location is the vending machine is broken and gave the wrong drinks AND charged me twice! Also the waterside was not in for the majority of the time we were there. read more

We have made Wilson Ranch pool an annual trip since the facility opened. It was such a disappointment this year to be kicked out a few hours after waiting in a long line to get in only to be told to get back in line again to renter if capacity is not full by the time we get up to the entrance. A high price for a short swim session. We will find another pool for our annual gathering, so sad so dissapointing!!! read more

The only reason I put a 4 is because their rules are weird. When we entered the entrance we were asked to wait because of a capacity limit so we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes. The pool is really huge and they also have a large size whirlpool that is heated and a lazy river in the large pool. Every 40-50 minutes they turn on the waves and it's super fun. FYI: $12 pre adult, and $10 pre youth. A huge slide too. read more

The website said it was to open as normal but then they updated the face book page instead of the website there were two employees there b it they weren't in the building and as soon as it hit ten they took off I waited for almost two hours just to find out the pool is closed not from the official website but from FACEBOOK not to mention there was a field trip that they update on the fact is was closed read more

A fun pool with lots of things to do. Not really a good place to lap swim. Lifeguards take regular breaks every hour so everyone has to exit every hour for 10 minutes. Lacking seating (lounge chairs) and locker rooms are quite small and showers are very cold. I probably won't pay extra for it next year but it hits the spot on occasion. read more

F*** this place. TWICE have we tried coming here and they're closed. Website and everything says open. Call and they say they're open so we get ready and get there for them to be F******* closed! What a joke of a place. Don't know how they're still in business. read more

The pool itself is quite nice. The billing practices are atrocious. Any place that can take my money for services rendered should also be able to return my money to me should they be unable to provide me those services. Having to get a refund through my bank's fraud department instead of direct from the YMCA/Wilson Ranch Pool itself is ridiculous. read more

The Wilson ranch pool does not have enough lifeguards to open for this year. To save people's lives. I also know that the chairs at the pool were bold plastic broken all last year. I went to visit at the Wilson ranch pool yesterday.. I ask if they were going to the block system like last year. The pool supervisor her name was Miss Murphy. She said maybe we if she does not have enough lifeguards to handle the crowds. Please call before you go to pool because you might wait in line this year. When the pool gets 150 people they make eveyone leave. Then wait back in line again. read more

This is a wonderful place to take the kids for the day! Get there at least 1/2 hr early to stand in line as the max capacity is based on lifeguards working that day! (Closer to school starting and the less lifeguards are available). Bring snacks and drinks in cans/foil pouches. Bring flip flops for the changing rooms/bathrooms because they can get quite sloppy at times. Most importantly, sunscreen or portable sun shade/umbrellas since no trees on the property. Your umbrella works well for standing in line in the sun too!!! If you have to go on the waitlist, no worries!! Go to Starbucks or the park next door and you'll be in soon. They text you when you can come!! read more

This is a fabulous pool for the whole family. There is something for everyone. The older kids will be entertained by the lazy river and the slide. Younger kids love the playground area. You can also pack a lunch and picnic while you are there. It's a great place! It is wonderful, but a little pricy. read more

Great pool and great location with a ton of parking. Also there is a little skate ramp and clean park next to it if your family decides to do a little playing after a day of swimming. What we have found is this place fills up fast, so head over there first thing in the morning on sunday and you will bet the rush. read more

This Has to be the most stupidly run pool I've ever gone to. You pay to get in and then you have to leave at 3:30 so the people outside waiting to get in can get in and kicks everybody else out of the swimming pool. I don't understand why they don't do it that if someone leave someone gets permitted to go in instead of making the entire group of people in the pool leave get restamped stand behind the line of all the other people waiting to get in and see if they can get in. Poorly run dirty pool Nazi like people there and I won't be going back read more

Super fun and clean pool. Although it gets a bit crowded, I felt like there was plenty of life guards on duty. It's also nice they let you bring a lunch in. Just get there early to claim a chair. read more

Lots of fun for little kids and their adults. I took my 4 yr old there and she had a blast. The pool is shallow (where we were), has a lazy river you float down and there is a whirlpool that the kids just love! The adult has to stay with the kid, of course. It was a lovely day and there is a Josh & John's ice cream place right next door to the ranch. read more

Came here with a friend and her 2 kids. This is definitely a fun pool to take kids to. If you want a lounge chair, come early as they don't have tons of lounge chairs. If you have beach chairs, I'd recommend bringing them just in case. There is a vending machine on the premise but you can also bring in a cooler packed with drinks and food. read more

Great pool for little kids. Couple small slides, little lazy river, & play area. Not huge but nice. Bring a lock for a locker and everyone has picnic baskets with food. There also isn't a ton of lounging chairs. read more

I will never EVER go to this place again. I took my 9 year old special needs nephew to this place on a Saturday afternoon and I was appalled at how the lifeguards treated him. They were rude, demeaning, and condescending towards him and me. I noticed that they were cold to all the kids. My nephew wanted to take the test to ride down the big slide which he has done at other waterparks. He was taller than the depth of the pool. They were rude to him when he told them he wanted to take the test. Then they told him very rudely to get in the pool and were not encouraging to him at all. They told him to tread water which he didn't know what that meant and after just a minute in the water they told him very rudely to get out of the pool since he didn't want to let go of the side. My nephew felt so rushed and was so upset that he wanted to leave. The website didn't mention this test at all. I paid $20 to go and we didn't even stay an hour. The lifeguards need to be taught how to be nice to kids and the parents and especially to special needs kids. I will never go back there again! :-( read more

I went today and the website showed the pool was open yet , it was closed. please put reliable information on your website.
