I have asked for signage since most of the pool in the morning are ELDERLY!!!!! Nothing. They had a company that covers garage floors, spread a covering that is really slippery, and I almost fell today. That is not appropriate around a pool, no grip and very slippery. The pool is filthy today. The water is cold. When I asked for someone to check the temperature, a lady by the name of Melissa came and said it was the right temperature, then she began to pat the water. She came back with a man, he started to pat the water, and we all told him the damn water is cold. LOW AND BEHOLD, warm water came in through the inlets, which had been sending more cold water to the pool. Dirt on the floor, and oily on the top of water. The sauna and pool are down more than up. If the staff doesn't know how to use the equipment and get it right, train them!!!! The machines are well maintained other than a couple that are perpetually out of order. There is a basketball court and an indoor track and also a few cycles located randomly throughout the center. There is also a football field and track outside. That said, during peak PT hours, which have doubled recently due to the new standards, I would make alternate arrangements. Respectfully, the military takes priority so CIVs should let them do their thing--especially during the winter months. Peak hours are approximately 0600 to 0730 and 1400 to 1530. That's when the MILs do their PT in my experience. I don't know if there are official times. Overall this facility is due for some updates or maybe an expansion but it's solid as is.

There are rows full of cardio equipment near the entrance, no shortage of treadmills and other machines. Free weights and resistance machines are further back, lots of different stations available. The men's locker room was a little underwhelming; still spacious, but felt a bit dated, especially the two toilet stalls with those flimsy half-walls no one likes.
