I have been a member for over a year. The pool and sauna area are troublesome. The floor by the pool is very slippery. I have asked for signage since most of the pool in the morning are ELDERLY!!!!! Nothing. They had a company that covers garage floors, spread a covering that is really slippery, and I almost fell today. That is not appropriate around a pool, no grip and very slippery. The pool is filthy today. The water is cold. When I asked for someone to check the temperature, a lady by the name of Melissa came and said it was the right temperature, then she began to pat the water. She came back with a man, he started to pat the water, and we all told him the damn water is cold. LOW AND BEHOLD, warm water came in through the inlets, which had been sending more cold water to the pool. Dirt on the floor, and oily on the top of water. The sauna and pool are down more than up. If the staff doesn't know how to use the equipment and get it right, train them!!!! Have been on hold at Vasa Corp office for an hour to lodge my concerns.I did the same with chat section, there is another useless item. read more

Love the studio classes, love the fact that there is childcare available, and love the ability to book ahead so I can plan out a schedule. The app is also pretty motivating and makes me want to keep going back. read more

Update: On Monday, February 2,2026 I went and spoke to a team member at the front desk. She was able to decipher what happened. VASA's system, for some reason, created 2 accounts for me: one listed for myself and another listed for my friend but attached to my home address (a total of 3 accounts-- one for me and two for my friend). The team member was nice enough to let me know that VASA would reimburse me should my account charge me for 2 accounts. She told me to call customer support to cancel the additional account created. When I got home I called and the representative was understanding and had me merge a call to my friend so that they could verbally confirm that it was ok to cancel the DUPLICATE account created in their name. The representative said that the system would remove the extra charges. I noticed on Tuesday that the account stated that I still owed $200 (annual fees and membership fees for two accounts; mine and my friends). Today, February 5th, I checked my account and, although my credit card has been charged $97.97 (the correct amount for my annual fee and monthly fee) it still says that I have an unpaid amount of $102.00 on the VASA app. Unfortunately , my VASA account shows that my friend is still listed on my account and next month, March 2026, I'll owe for both their fees and mine for a total of $80.96. In addition, Vasa still has $42.98 that they charged me for the extra account on January 3, 2026. I don't know when or how I'll be receiving a reimbursement for the duplicate account created for my friend that I mysteriously had to pay for. My credit card has currently been charged the following: -January 3, 2026: $37.98 (my membership) and $42.98 (the duplicate membership created for my friend) ***this is not correct and I should be reimbursed for $37.98. -February 3,2026: $97.97 (annual fee of $59.99 and monthly fee of $37.98)***this is correct We'll see what happens next month and I'll be sure to update the situation here. read more

Seriously the worst gym of all time. If you want to workout with 7009000002 other people and wait for each machine for at least 10 minutes and be overcharged 45 dollars to waste your time, this is the gym for you! Seriously HATE this gym so much, how is it busy at all hours of the day? They are switching out all the cardio machines DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Some people have a limited time to workout but they came and STOPPED people DURING THEIR WORKOUT. No signs or warning of this were posted. Very rude. No apology offered. The workers also don't enforce any of the rules here. People use tripods all the time and also sometimes don't wear headphones on cardio machines. They really need to get their act together. read more

Love the Union location! FYI, if you do PERSONAL TRAINING contract it will go on recurring payment after your 3 or 6 months is over if you do not cancel 30 days prior to your end of contract. This was not disclosed, but was in the contract which corporate happily showed me. So I am stuck with an extra month of training I didn't budget for. Corporate does not care about you, only tricking you out of your money. Management needs to train employees to disclose this information. read more

This gym used to be great! Now it's become an extremely overcrowded and overrated location. There is no reason each machine, bench, and cable should have 3+ people waiting in line for EVERY MACHINE. That's gross actually. Ya'll should implement a member capacity limit. This gym has become a social hour for kids who stand around doing everything BUT lifting. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy here Changed my card on file IN PERSON. The young guy apparently didn't hit save and got charged in insane late fee. A couple months later I went to cancel IN PERSON. The young lady told me all was good and have nothing to worry about. All the sudden I get an email saying I owe over $300 in fees and I'm getting sent to collections. Don't even TRY to talk to anyone from corporate because they only communicate through email and are zero help. All they kept doing was telling me they need written proof when everything was done in person and no papers were given to me. Well , I screwed up! I usually read reviews, and I didn't this time! This is my biggest concern with this gym!! Way, way, way, overcrowded!! I just joined and the last three days I have come it is packed!! And I don't mean just a few people, I mean packed!! You can't use any equipment, well weight training that is! I've had to use the tread mill or elliptical just to get some type of workout in. A workout that usually takes me an hour took me over two hours! Because you can't use the equipment! The gym is nice, and they have a lot of equipment, but getting to use it is a challenge! Now unfortunately I'm sure I'll have to pay cancellation fees and then another fee when I find a better gym! If you don't mind huge crowds and waiting forever to use equipment then this gym is for you !!! For example, today Spanish Fork's 18 aerobic screens had the following: 4 CNN anti Republican/Trump 3 Fox news 3 ESPN 2 Shopping channel? 2 MSNBC anti Republican/Trump 1 Fitness score 1 Business 1 Unknown 1 Not working So conservative, family, fitness and sports oriented Spanish Fork patrons prefer those stations? Only 17% like sports? 50% prefer the news with 67% liberal news? 11% want to watch the shopping channel at the gym? read more

Staff,managers and classes EXCELLENT I have referred 3 friends and they have all joined. My grandson is moving to Colorado Springs and I will get him to join as well. This is one of the best gyms I've been to as someone who has tried for years to get in to the habit of working out! The front desk people are all wonderful. Steven and Dion have especially made me feel welcome, both very knowledgeable and approachable. The facilities are very nice and clean and it's never been too crowded in my experience. I have the Studio Membership which is 1000% worth it! I bring friends to workout with me, get full access to their facilities and classes (with instructors) and the hot yoga is my favorite! Alexandria is the personification of zen and I always leave her class feeling refreshed :) Sarah's class is my favorite when I want to challenge myself and have a bit of a laugh. I wish she had classes more often! All together, a great gym that has created a really great atmosphere for all types of people in different stages of their workout journey :^) read more

The gym is great; it's at least twice as big as any other Vasa in the area and I was so excited to have one in the area. But how did they screw up the locker room so badly? It's seems to be about a third the size as the other Vasa's, despite the gym being so much bigger. If it wasn't for the location of this gym, I would go back to the Fillmore location. read more

WHY is their NO class schedule available to access for this location? I signed my contract and have been going to the Cheyenne location. After several situations in the women's locker room, of having my clothing put on the floor to make room for others gym bags on the benches and women taking both photos and videos of me PLUS my lock being cut and the locker being emptied when I didn't come in for 10 days (medical reasons). I was hoping to see about attending another location. These reviews and the lack of class schedules are not giving me any hope that this location will be any better. read more

Joined the gym, added personal training 6-month sessions, Paul, manager of personal training failed to let corporate office know to charge my card on Fridays, not Thursdays until 2 months in after I had to give him the phone number and ask him to do it, twice. This cost me over $100 in fees at my bank and with VASA. On 2 other occasions, I called early in the morning about not being able to make it in for personal training late in the afternoon, one time because I was very ill and the other time due to very bad icy roads. Gals answering the phone did nothing with this information and my PT showed up for me and never got the messages, either day. My PT has to use his own personal device for his clients to communicate with us for canceling or rescheduling. Also, PT only gets paid for one person if they are training multiple clients within the same hour. Not a good business model. So far, VASA owes me $320. Cannot cancel or get out of the PT contract, was not told it was a contract from Paul, no surprise there. One last thing, I am not allowed to use the childcare there as the child I am bringing is my grandchild. ‍ read more

Tyler And Kim; bad job; vasa, you're fired! Worst customer service I can recall; I have 30+ years in customer service. Lisa And Tyler made me feel unwelcome; after more than 5 years with vasa! I quit my account after our interaction. Yes; they yelled, hollered, and made me feel uncomfortable! I tried to lean in to help them reduce their volume and Lisa yelled, "step back"; several times... I'm a 50+ year old professional; admittedly displeased with my treatment; but this yelling (not the first time at this vasa); was immensely uncomfortable! Suggestion; retrain on customer service and employee- self-de-escalation. I was cool as a cucumber, though. They could've asked question's and offered solutions. None were forthcoming! 1. Long time vasa member (silver sneakers/corporate member); visiting Colorado Springs. 2. I signed up online, thinking I'd still have dual, multi-club access 3. I went to Cheyenne mountain (registered club); day one; but always intended Palmer park (which is new); would be my main club 4. Previous yelling; upon checking in my 5th or so visit to Palmer park vasa...Tyler bellowed my name; while checking in... apparently my new membership was "basic"; for Cheyenne mountain location! Tyler offered to change it for me, never did! 15 visits later; over which time I've met 10 different clerks over this time; Lisa And Tyler are my displeasure to engage! 5. Tyler LIED! (Lie of distraction); I recalled his promise to change my membership club to Palmer park; because I (admittedly) enrolled at the wrong vasa . He said,"I enroll a lot of people ". A non answer.... I asked again, you Remember me, right, after other attack's and allegations ... ...he did admit to lying! I need to engage with people of integrity! Vasa, I tried to communicate with customer service over the phone to awful phone/online options! You'll figure it out sooner or later! All the desk attendants, clerks needed to do is ask what I need and show me how. Your online resources are awful. Last, with $10/fee/ monthly options ; my most recent vasa experience I'll estimate I've paid more than $200 for 3 months of sub-par service/resources/access and (not sure if more fees will be charged)... $70/month does not equal $10 per month! read more

I signed up a month and a week ago, with the idea of taking the acqua classes. in 5 weeks, the pool was closed for 9 days, then was closed again this past Friday and it is closed again today. First it was the heating system that had to be fixed and took them 9 days to open the pool again. Today, I was told they don't have chlorine. I am regretting signing up. read more
