Since I haven't had to return something from an AMZN order in a long time, I didn't realize some places let you just bring the item -- no box or label needed. This is one of those places! I still had the box so they used that in my case. Very quick and easy. The store looks like it has the usual UPS Store amenities such as mailboxes, supplies, printing, and shipping.

i ordered some business cards and the lady who helped me told me i would get a text with the lay…read moreout of the card. i later got it and was happy with the look of the card. once i got them home i later realized they had misspelled my first name in my email. my first name is spelled Jeffery. they spelled it jeffrey. i called and a lady told me i had told them everything was fine with the cards and to print them. everything was fine with the layout and i figured they had enough common sense to spell. they will not make it good. that is not customer service. i could understand doing them over for half price and would have gladly agreed.
