While searching for someone in-network with my insurance, I came across Dr. Hur--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I went in for my consultation, I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Hur took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and the best part was that he explained I didn't need jaw surgery at all--he could correct everything with implants. That alone was a huge relief. Dr. Hur and his entire staff walked me through every step of the process. On the day of surgery, they once again made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Hur personally went out to the waiting room, sat down with my wife, and explained everything in detail. He never rushed and truly took his time, which meant a lot to us. The next day, he even reached out to check on how I was doing. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me not to hesitate to reach out with any questions. About a week later, the antibiotics started to get to me, which I expected. I sent him a text during normal business hours thinking I'd hear back later--but he called me almost immediately. That level of responsiveness is rare and honestly blew me away. I've been back a few times for follow-ups, and every visit has been the same--professional, friendly, and thorough. I have been extremely happy with the work done by Dr. Foxson and the service provided by his staff. The procedure starts with a consultation. After examining the x-rays and my teeth, he discussed a plan of action. Everything was clearly explained. I then talked with the office manager who discussed what the cost would be, what my insurance was likely to cover, and how much I would be responsible for. After agreeing to the costs, we scheduled appointments. Both extractions were from my lower jaw and I had them done under local anesthetic with nitrous oxide. The procedures went well with only minimal discomfort. The pain afterward minimal and gone after only a couple of days. The evening after the procedure, Dr. Foxson personally called me to see how I was doing. I appreciated that. Not many medical professionals provide that level of follow up. I also had the post implanted under local anesthetic with nitrous oxide. I experienced no pain and only minimal discomfort during the procedure (owing mainly to all the apparatus in my mouth). Afterward, I had absolutely no pain and just some gum tenderness which abated after a couple of days. Again, Dr. Foxson called me that evening to see how doing (just fine). All in all, I am very happy with the procedures carried out by Dr. Foxson and the caring and professionalism of his staff. I give Naperville Oral Surgery my highest recommendation. One thing to note: Naperville Oral Surgery requires payment of your expected out-of-pocket expenses at the time of your appointments. Not an unreasonable expectation, just something people should be aware of and prepared for.

They refuse to give me the 1 medication that gives me the will power to live. Then, a woman starts praying at my door. A complete violation of my privacy bc 1 of my afflictions is agoraphobia. Then, Amanda came. I ask her for a pillow. She wouldn't give one to me. I can't sleep on my arm as I was "staying overnight", they told me. She said, "why? Are U going to eat it?" So, I start screaming for a pillow. I dump out my ice & throw a plastic cup, that flew up in the air & falls to the floor in front of me, at her. She dodged out of the way like I'd hit her w/ a bullet. Everyone started screaming. They put me in restraints for it. I've been abused my entire life. These people hog tie me cutting circulation off of all 4 extremities. Then, slip me a Mickey if that equates to a team of 6 stabbing U in UR arm & top of the shoulder as hard as they possibly can. I have an extremely high tolerance. They left me tied up for hours. Considering the amount of PTSD that I have from things exactly like that & what I had went through w/ my husband the previous days? I, then, in the morning ask if I can go? Shattered; Broken. Assaulted. The first time I came here ? They dosed me w/ lithium that I'm highly allergic to & put me in a coma. I was literally scared out of my mind. FF to the next day when I take their $1200 trolley ride back 2 Linden Oaks from the ER. They strip search me. John, Isabel & Jamie are absolutely amazing & will help U w/ anything. John is the most selfless person I've met. He does the majority of work for who ever he is w/. All 3 genuinely care for ur mental & physical health. Isabel made me aware my A1C is at a 7.2, she works hard so that all are taken care of. Isabel & Jamie carry the team of nurses as the rest just sit there. When I asked Jamie about the A1C, she made sure I had a print out of my blood work. She taught me how to properly take my meds. Isabel made sure my blood sugar was checked promptly & none of the other nurses did that at all! Joseph & Alan also work, selflessly, & they aren't nurses. Samantha, the therapist, is a joke! James L. is a tall bald nurse w/ ironic facial hair & holier than thou attitude. James purposely says things to confuse U. He says contradicting things. Tells U that "you'll get UR meds in 20" when lunch time is scheduled in 20 minutes. He is so unhelpful!He can usually be found in a Pow Wow of about 4/6 people talking abt their "dating experiences" or telling stories w/ all of them. Even when UR standing right in front of him. Once? I approached him for scheduled meds & at the counter listening to his stories that have no end. He wrapped it up w/ talking about one of his friends that kept crapping himself saying, "in all of his "****-loving glory" & someone pointed to me. Otherwise? He'd have gone on w/ his co-workers, BSing. That's his favorite thing to do. So, he turns around & looks me directly in the eyes. Stands up & walks away. I ask his Pow Wow Group, "why he would do that?" John said, "It's just his personality". Another woman replied, "maybe he had to poop after telling that story", which turned out to be correct. Once? When I ask James, "When will I get my meds?" He replies, "U will get UR meds when I give them to U". He speaks in riddle & rhymes. He is definitely not a good nurse. The only time that I approached him was as a last resort. He hates me & didn't hide it. Once? When I said "or" instead of "&"? He used it to respond to me w/ a riddle. The things that he says & does R not ok while dealing w/ mental health. When U go to the psych ward, they always treat U like U R responsible for being unsure of UR life. They teach U coping skills & grounding techniques. They never explore the pain of the situation UR in might be anyone else's fault. Someone U can't escape? Someone UR bound to? They presume the worst & strip search U on the way in but not on the way out. These R Liabilities. NO FLU/COVID VACCINES!

The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.
