across the board. Absolutely misleading experience, I had reached out to an agent in good faith, who claims to have a very hospitable concierge background. However the very opposite backward expectation evolved.
There was a prolonged stalling on his end weeks and weeks as I have the proof of emails and lack of time sensitive. We were going in this hampster wheel circle trying to narrow down timing. The objective was to use some foul excuse that there was a setback with his A1 e-mail Tool installed causing a delay in response, a delay in my valuable time, in excess of 2 weeks
Given the very fact that the real estate market has softened, I would have expected a more progressive execution
The aftermath, I was ghosted and brushed off with multiple delayed tactics. Nothing promising evolved besides wasting time, as I have Recycled their marketing materials after receiving mixed signals. Lack of professionalism really speaks in volumes and nothing to be proud of. I thought they are held to high standards. But they seem to be very preoccupied with a slowing down market on the decline.
I assumed the advantage was since the condo we were looking for guidance to sell, Wilson group was promoting, several rentals in the same complex we were interested to sell. The owner also could not be bothered to follow through on a different subject matter being a commercial inquiry also to sell in a highly competitive classic Brookline village footprint. It seems like as soon as he was informed that a Lis pendens was involved it became discouraging and of course no momentum accomplished there. Multiple missed opportunities, multiple disservice, and a lack of due diligence
Between me being referred from south coast Keller Williams her name is Dawn for commercial purposes, I was ignored despite her reaching out multiple times and giving the owner my cell. Then in between that time I was ignored by the realtor agent, for the inquiry to sell in chestnuthill.
Above and beyond that, no accountability from the other female realtor Pam who I spoke to in great detail to give candid feedback for the ongoing grief. She screened his emails and stayed silent. I guess anything that's challenging may be too much to ask for.
Based on the aforementioned, I would avoid this firm at all costs. Use at your own risk when selling Condos.
No integrity, they lack dignity based on my experience first hand, it's an absolute disgrace and very embarrassing. There are thriving well established Realty firms such as block realty in Brookline, very reputable . I don't feel the value here, very shady sketchy communication and it's honestly a red flag.
If they operate under these terms and conditions, given the real estate climate, there will be less productivity and shrinking sales. I would strongly encourage the owner behind the scenes to get a grip, be more receptive, and or engaging with the general public. Judging clients and to cherry pick based on Lis pendens is the absolute worst non effective approach. It causes more harm than good.
I have destroyed all marketing material and as I navigate forward I have other agents who live 1.5 hours away who are eager to commit to my needs and my mothers needs too.
Despite me being transparent that I'm dealing with ongoing family health issues, they still decide to abruptly not follow through. I don't need any favors from them, they don't need to call, as I have said everything transparently that's relevant, on this feedback thread. Sometimes local does not guarantee results. Me and my mom felt deprived and I wish this firm well. read more
