They were willing to vacuum the trim and upper "cubbies" prior to painting (a big job!)... other bidders were not willing to do this service. Their work was high quality and on time with the price as quoted. Further, they were happy to come back after the house was replumbed to fix (and even cleanup) the mess that the plumbers had left. It was all a very good experience... especially given that I was communicating with them from the West Coast. I would gladly use their services again. Thank you, Rick and crew!

From calling them on the phone to dealing with them in person, they were very professional and easy to work with, and they really knew their stuff. They even arrived to my house 10 minutes early, and they cleaned two rooms, a staircase, and a hallway in under an hour, all for a very affordable price. I have used other companies before, but CoverAll impressed me and has certainly earned my business. I recently purchased a home and had to leave for a month. When I returned , I walked in and my…read morehouse was flooded. Sitting water and mold everywhere! The house smelled AWFUL! I eventually made it back to the master bedroom, searching for the awful smell and BAM, there it was! The entire room had standing water. I opened up the doors to the other rooms and discovered all three rooms, two bathrooms and living room have been affected by the standing water. I was very stressed, needless to say. I reached out to a plumber (review to come soon) and he put be in touch with this business. I am so glad! They came out immediately and assured me they would help me throughout the process. I do not think I could have been sent better people!! Seriously, Garrison and Mike have been super helpful! Garrison has been communicating very well as far as what they are doing, what to expect and their plans for the following day. He's been very empathetic and caring throughout this. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. Needless to say, IF you find yourself in need of a restoration company (which I hope you don't), you can't go wrong with Garrison and Mike. If I could give more than five stars, I most definitely would. They will not disappoint you! I must say, if Garrison were not there, I'd probably be more stressed about this than I am. THANK YOU Garrison!
