Doctor Roberts is a very patient and thorough medical practitioner, and even with having a stroke 5 months ago that has caused speech problems, he is very insistent on making sure you understand everything that he says. Their prices are the lowest I have seen in citrus county by a landslide, and the whole staff is very nice and polite. Although the building and equipment look cheap, that's because they're a low-budget operation, so please remember that they ONLY CHARGE 45 DOLLARS. They are here simply to help the people of this county, and I think that's pretty amazing. Next time your feeling down, be sure to give them a visit!

To be honest I was offset at my first meeting with him as I prefer a female Dr over a male and I actually demanded to never see him again. God intervened. J Hess nursed me through a case of pneumonia that lasted over 6mo, he helped me get onto the right mental health medication that literally changed my life and I have gone on to advocate the same treatment to others with my condition. He is an amazingly sensible, truthfully interested, and is one of the BEST medical practitioners I have ever had the opportunity to be treated by, and I have a 30+ yr chronic illness. Hess stood out of his position with the restrictive, uncaring administration of the Citrus Co Health Dept and fought to obtain his place in Citrus County, under the wisdom of an MD or not, Hess to me is better than any Dr I have ever went to and I would rather stitch myself up or avoid going to an ER after being shot is how much respect I have for this man.
