Please find this review helpful . 2023 has been a year of inflation where rates gas , car insurance etc.. are just completely awful . Well most recently my mom received a letter from alliance that they no longer were able to provide her low insurance for her she also received a DMV notice that if she didn't get insurance ASAP she would have to pay late registration fees etc . I called around Chula Vista one company gave me a very pricy quote the guy also took all day to answer me back paying no mind or attention to my needs and wants. I called Willy's insurance found him on social media met the owner Willy who was extremely reliable and very helpful. I mentioned my mom crossing the border and he found and insurance that covers 25 miles across the border. He truly is a good listener and pays attention to detail . I left he's office extremely happy knowing my mother was covered 100 percent. He electronically notified DMV that she now had insurance coverage. Also my mother was not physically with me when I was purchasing her insurance he was still able to give new her insurance coverage on the spot and just had her signed from electronic signature.
