Also, even if they do answer, be sure to check double that what you asked for was done (I paid 5 months for a car I asked to have taken off) and it never got done. I've spoken to the owner, and it's the same thing "We are short-staffed, busy, etc" that I have been hearing since 2020. I have a job, and following up daily is a headache. I am honestly at a loss at this point. I do NOT recommend putting yourself in this situation as it is not worth it.

I wanted to look for another insurance, when I finally got a hold of someone at True Pro they told me I could look on my own for another insurance... umm isnt that the brokers job??? What do they actually do now? Who knows. Things that used to be taken care of same day, now take weeks, if at all. No one knows what they are doing, they get a 0 out of 10 for customer service. Needless to say, I found another insurance on my own. I didnt even bother to let them know I am no longer be working with them, they don't respond anyway. I ended up going through Otto Car Insurance, got a quote and insurance same day, great service no hassle. Definitely recommend using Otto car insurance instead!

At this point I just want confirmation the policy is terminated. In a gesture of grand professionalism Nicole, rather than calling me as promised, blocked me. Business relationships do not always work out. But it is beyond unprofessional to not inform your clients Of the status of their policy.
