I have had this service for a few years now and signing up was incredible and they make you feel important. Once you have a policy, making changes is like pulling teeth. I've spent so much time following up by calls, emails or text, it is ridiculous. Also, even if they do answer, be sure to check double that what you asked for was done (I paid 5 months for a car I asked to have taken off) and it never got done. I've spoken to the owner, and it's the same thing "We are short-staffed, busy, etc" that I have been hearing since 2020. I have a job, and following up daily is a headache. I am honestly at a loss at this point. I do NOT recommend putting yourself in this situation as it is not worth it. read more

I was with True Pro for about 8 years, and they always had great service. I would say within the last year their service has gone down drastically. They don't respond, they don't follow up. I wanted to look for another insurance, when I finally got a hold of someone at True Pro they told me I could look on my own for another insurance... umm isnt that the brokers job??? What do they actually do now? Who knows. Things that used to be taken care of same day, now take weeks, if at all. No one knows what they are doing, they get a 0 out of 10 for customer service. Needless to say, I found another insurance on my own. I didnt even bother to let them know I am no longer be working with them, they don't respond anyway. I ended up going through Otto Car Insurance, got a quote and insurance same day, great service no hassle. Definitely recommend using Otto car insurance instead! read more

Bo and Autumn Hart are true Pros! We received expert, expedient advice with our policy. They saved us lots of money and gave us the best service. We highly recommend! read more

I had my insurance with Autumn Hart and her husband and herself work at this company. After working with farmers they moved to true pro insurance company. Autumn asked me to cancel my insurance so she could write insurance with new company since I had farmers previously. She quoted me a great price so I agreed. After 4 months I found she actually could not get she payment she had quoted me. I had been without fire insurance for 4 months. After I spoke to her, she just said she made a mistake but never called me back to let me know the problem. I find her and her husband very dishonest and unprofessional. Beware of this insurance agent. read more

After purchasing our new home in June, our then Home Owner's Insurance decided to cancel us for having an outdated electric panel. We got the panel fixed and then tried to reach my agent, but got no returned calls or emails. Finally, I got a new agent on the line, but then got quoted - through the same company - at $2800 more than the original policy they had issued us... (!!! Not kidding !!!) So there we were... no coverage. (Good Sam isn't all that good...) After calling a few other companies in the area, a friend of ours recommended Bo at True Pro. Bo was extremely friendly, helpful, and able to find me coverage the same day I called, at nearly HALF the price of my original policy. He not only saved us hundreds of dollars, but got us even better coverage that we had before! I was so pleased with the outcome of this, that I also had him add two of my vehicles, as well as my daughter's car, and our Travel Trailer, which brought our expenses down even more - again, with better coverage than we'd had! I am so impressed with the level of customer service that we were given, truly happy with my coverage, and would highly recommend Bo and True Pro Insurance for any of my family and friends' insurance needs!!! Thank you, Bo! read more

One of my favorite things that makes them stand out is their ability to work with you directly via email. You can ask questions, get quotes, request changes and make payments via email. I find this much faster and easier than calling. Also, their prices are VERY competitive and among the lowest in the industry. Last but not least, they are happy to offer suggestions to make sure you get most appropriate coverage for your situation and they are always happy to answer every question you may have. To make a long story short, Tai, Rachel and Autumn are amazing! I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs. read more

I was referred to Bo Hart by my brother and it was probably the best referral he's ever given me. Bo was professional, easy to work with, thorough, and best of all found me the best price for my vehicle insurance. I was dreading adding my 17 year old son and all in all Bo found a great deal and it wasn't too painful at all. Not anything like I expected since I had been quoted very high by AAA. Thank you Bo!!! You're great and I will refer everyone I know to you!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! read more

Great customer service and super friendly staff around the board. They have a very welcoming "home-like" environment and demeanor. They went above and beyond to find the best policy for me and my wife. They spent time to get to know us unlike a lot of other insurance brokers. read more

I had a great experience with True Pro! I thought I had the best deal with Farmer's, but I was wrong. My account manager, Carl Allen, and my agent, Bo, were always professional and curteous, and they were able to save me $40 per month on my auto policy all while they TRIPLED my coverage. It's really scary to think about how under-covered I was. As a homeowner, my livelyhood was really in jeopardy and I had no idea. Carl educated me about the coverage I had and explained why it was so important for me to have more. They also saved me $30/year on my homeowner's policy. They got me covered right away with Mapfre Insurance and I couldn't be happier. Both Carl and Bo were always on top of things, guiding me through the process from start to finish. They even handled the cancellation of my farmer's policy so I didn't have to do anything. And... they even came to my house to meet with me for the quote since my schedule was so busy and I couldn't make it into the office. Thank you True Pro Insurance and Thank you Carl Allen! read more

Cody Armstrong and the team at Tru Pro Insurance are awesome! After my homeowners insurance was canceled due to living in a rural high risk fire area, not only did Cody contact my local Fire Chief to get clarification on the closest water source, (there is no city water in my area) she was able to secure a policy for me and the cost was not more than I had previously been paying. She is very resourceful and was very helpful to me. My only regret is I didn't find her sooner! read more

I love this company and the people that run it and own it. What an amazing family owners business by an amazing family. We were SO GLAD they did the homeowners policy for our clients who were victims of the recent alpine fire. (Please never ever throw a cigarette out your car window ) so many families lost their homes in this fire and our clients lost all their out buildings, rv, trailers bikes etc. They came so close to losing the home it was a miracle it was spared. Bo Hart the owner came out to personally see them, meet with their adjuster who flew in and had put excellent coverage on for them! There are so many things about their coverage that beat the competition who charged more from what we heard. Thank you so much Bo and Autumn! We will keep referring you our clients! Very happy with my experience. Manny and Bo were incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They were able to find me a provider that saved me quite a bit of money and didn't lack any features of my previous insurance provider. They took care of the cancellation process with my previous provider, made sure my billing cycle would start at the time I wanted, and ensured I had no gap in coverage. They are also very down to earth, aren't pushy, and I can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely would recommend them to others. read more

Bo is THE BEST!! Always there to handle the situation!!! Very highly recommend Tru Pro Insurance.

True pro is seriously great ! I don't even live in the area , I live in the San Fernando valley and of coarse there is tons of insurance agents around but I've just stuck with them because they simply give me comfort that they are really here to help! I was referred by them through my brothers friend(about 2 years approx.), whom I'm not sure if he still works there (Mike). The team at true pro have followed up with me ahead of time before my insurance expires wether to give me a better deal or renew it ahead of time ! From Mike, Autumn, and now Cody they have all been great . I would definitely recommend them, they really do care about our business and go above and beyond to make sure you are content . I'm actually not even sure how I got started using True Pro Insurance to meet my car insurance needs (perhaps they contacted me and offered a better deal some years back) but whatever the reason, I'm sure glad I did! In all of my driving history, I've never encountered more personalized service. Autumn has been great from the start, proactively searching for and communicating the best plans, prompt in returning any calls (or texts which I love for the convenience), and always super friendly answering any questions. I am now working with Cody (who is also very responsive and friendly) and looking into saving even more money by bundling car and home insurance. Very happy customer right here :) read more
