It's been running for a couple hundred years... the kind of mill that we all miss seeing more of. be sure to keep an eye out for the small road signs along the N72 "Ring of Kerry", it's a quick turn-off, right quick off the main route.

While the upstairs 'cafeteria' was closed for the season a lovely selection of hot food was available at the bakery counter. Kudos to the chef!!! Roasted red pepper soup, chicken crumble, and ham/cheese quiche served with a tarragon chutney were all delectible and eaten with a splendid view of the mountains.
