Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved extremely promptly and easily. Willowtree made things right with me. The product quality and embroidery is excellent even after laundering. Have received many compliments at work on my vest. I will be recommending the company to my coworkers. While it's nice to be able to get the logos you want for your jacket the jackets are poor quality and don't fit. My coworkers warned not to purchase the jackets because they fall apart in less than a year and you need to purchase 2 to 4 times your size. I purchased a jacket larger than what I wear, it doesn't fit around my chest and the arms are too long. The customer service was good but it doesn't make up for a bad product. read more

So I work for UMMS and I needed to make a pretty large jacket order. I quoted other companies but they gave me some pretty high prices. I was referred to WT and I was amazed with what the company could offer that was such good quality for a great price. I ordered about 40 jackets which was VERY overwhelming. WT made it very easy for me to take care of everything. My many questions were always answered properly and there was not one mistake with the order. Once I placed the order, I got the jackets in less than two weeks. I've gotten so many compliments on the jacket and so many people around the hospital are asking me where I got it from. I can't wait to order more in the future. read more

We are the premiere Custom Embroidery Surgical Cap Solution. CraniCaps was started in 1996 in Parkville, Maryland; like so many before I was working in the operating room at the University of Maryland Medical Center. I had purchased a lot of hats from friends who were selling them but I could never find that fabric that made me say "That's me". My wife (Mary) showed me how to how to cut a pattern and sew a cap together before I knew it people were asking me for hats. It started with a few hats and some extra money for espresso. Then the requests started to increase. I started to think, how I could ramp it up a bit so I purchased a home embroidery machine at Bears Paws in Towson Maryland from a great lady named Spanky. Spanky tutored me to the world of embroidery and I produced my 1st embroidered surgical cap which I dubbed CraniCap. I could not have imagined the results, the orders kept progressing and it was more than my little Bernina could take, so a decision had to be made
