Lebanon Village needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt, these apartments are so old they…read morefalling apart literally. The maintenance staff should be the bandaid staff because that is all they do, they don't fix anything they just put a bandaid so the inspectors can pass them and that is all. This place used to be full of life many years ago, neighbors got along with each other and looked out for one another and for the kids in the complex so they always had a safe place to play, it was a happy place where you saw ppl outside gardening, or just sitting in the front so you would walk over and enjoy each other's company, we all gave to each other so nobody was ever left without food, clothing or anything it was an amazing place to live but today it is a refugee camp, children not allowed to play outside, neighbors too busy snitching on each other rather than coming together and Debra Kline the biggest bully of all, she has a power trip that you would honestly believe she owned this place, if your gardening, she will send a lease violation and make you remove it, if your outside just hanging out with the kids playing volley ball ohh another lease violation, to put it simpler words, you can not breathe in this place without her threatening to evict you with absolutely no actual legit reason except the ones she makes up then she threatens the maintenance staff to fire them if they go against her and she recruits neighbors that she talks shit about and tells all there personal business to other tenants which is against the law hello HIPPA but she feels she's above the law. I have legit evidence of a lot of illegal things she does to residents and because these residents don't know their rights or their laws she gets over on them. This place desperately needs new management because Debra Kline is going to mess up big time with the wrong tenant and they going to place a huge law suit on this place is going to bankrupt the owner smdh. If you live here and are going through it with her just continue to apply for other housing complex, record every interaction, make copies of all documents, take pictures and keep them as evidence, the more residents that do this the bigger the law suit!

Never lied about how much we were making, and they accuse us of lying plus lied about the deadline that we have to be out. Kim, I'm not willing to speak about this as you have ripped…read moreme off. That apartment was spotless when I left and apparently I'm not the only one unhappy with false charges and rent raising when no upgrades were done. Paper thin walls and neighbors arguing all night and you want an extra 36.00 when I put up with all that and didn't complain. I spackeld the wall when I left and cleaned the apartment top ti bottom, may I add cleaner than when I moved in. I suggest you give me my security back minus the carpet fee or this will continue on Yelp. So many other neighbors are pissed in those apartments I'm sure I can get their testimony.

There are roaches and peeling bath tubs that was pained prior to us moving in. Told the office manager and a maintenance man came to look at our tub and said "oh well just let it peel it will be ok" Ok??? I can't even take a bath after a long days work without having my bath filled with paint chips!!! You have to go online to pay your rent and there is a service charge of $35 every time I pay my rent with a debit card!!! This place is ridiculous!!! Also, our electricity every month is $240!! This place was built in the 70's. The pictures they posted are VERY deceiving!!!! Squeaky floors, no cabinets or small storage in the bathroom, cracked walls that has been painted over, not all the burners on the stove work and when I do use the stove it leans to one side which makes for uneven cooking!!!

Well, I have a mixed review. They have their strong points and their weak points. Initially when…read morelooking for a place, it took 3-5 days and me calling back several times to get someone to call me back and set up an appointment to see the rental properties. We qualified under their terms and then put our money down for a place. They said we were approved on their end but then the owner came back and disapproved us. They never said on what grounds this decision was based. They did explain that ultimately, the owner decides. Then, Keith worked diligently with me to include texting and calling me back late in the evenings to accommodate seeing the other properties until we finally found one. What I don't understand is the following: Why requests to see a property like some others on Zillow do not have appointments we can schedule ourselves on availability. Why they wont let us put our deposit down on a home we have not seen if we know we want that home. Its cash money people haha. Lastly, when we finally found a place we wanted. they sent our documents via email which is great. I wanted to clarify something in the lease in writing but the docusign does not allow that. Since we are 2 signers, they would not accept a pdf with the added language. I was finally able to get something via email confirmation to the lease and use docusign. Another issue we had was that the home did not have a garbage disposal. They said the owner would not allow us to put one in and pay for any maintenance. Not sure why?? Makes no sense to me. These should be negotiable items. So far, I found the ladies in the office to be very pleasant. That's definitely a feather in their cap. Will update once we move in and state whether the carpets were cleaned well and the minor fixes were done.

If this is how this company treats prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they treat actual…read moreresidents. On Friday, 6/26, my partner and I scheduled a showing for Monday, 6/29 at 4:30 PM. We were specifically told that no earlier appointments were available, that we were the first people scheduled to view the apartment, and that we would likely have the opportunity to rent it. Based on that information, we both rearranged our work schedules, found coverage for our shifts, inconvenienced several coworkers, and lost income just to make this appointment. Then, just five hours before our scheduled showing, we were told the appointment was canceled because someone else had already rented the apartment. The cancellation itself was frustrating, but the way it was handled made the experience far worse. When I expressed why we were upset after taking time off work and losing wages based on the information we had been given, the Leasing Manager working on Monday, 6/29, told me they didn't understand why I was upset and that this was "just the process." If that's truly their process, it's a process that shows little respect for prospective tenants' time, commitments, or finances. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience or a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Our time, our income, and the effort we put into rearranging our schedules apparently meant nothing. If you're considering renting here, be aware that even a confirmed showing may not mean much, and don't assume the company values your time the way you value theirs. There are plenty of property management companies that communicate honestly and treat prospective tenants with professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this one.
