When I moved in Liz gave me a cake pan, a box of brownie mix, a spatula and an oven mitt that said "Earning brownie points." How cute is that? Liz is the Leasing Assistant. Today they have gift bags and more wine for Valentine's Day. They are so good to us. I feel appreciated. Seriously. Sometimes you pay rent and all you get is a place to live. These folks got gifts and all the extras. Meela is always giving out wine on "Wine Down Wednesday," and she's got fabulous food trucks that come out to the apartments on a regular basis. This is perfect for me because I don't always want to cook for myself since I'm single. Daniel is the maintenance man and I LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM! Let me tell you - this guy is PROMPT! Whenever I have a maintenance issue he is RIGHT over. Big or small, he handles it all! From appliance bulbs to leaky roofs, this guy is ON IT! And he gets the job done. It's not like bandaid type crap. It's like FIXED! Done. If you want a great place to live with awesome and responsive management and maintenance staff, come live at The Pointe. I'm going to I had a small work order that needed to be fixed such as a clogged shower and sink. But the maintenance team came in minutes after placing my work order in. My car was also towed in a spot where my old car was I had just got the car a day before and the office was closed so I had no choice but to wait until the next day, I come out the next morning and my car is no where to be found the office had it towed because there was no registered parking sticker which is crazy considering I just had got the car and the night before there were no visitor parking anywhere nearby. I just feel like for people who never answer the phone and are never in the office should do a better job in these apartments safety of people who pay there hard earned money to live comfortably!

I initially visited on October 5 and was told someone would be with me shortly. I ended up waiting approximately 30 minutes while the manager was speaking with a coworker, without receiving any update during the wait. When she eventually came out, she apologized, and I remained polite. I explained what I was looking for, toured the one unit she presented to me, and left genuinely interested in the property. The following day, I checked the property's website and saw additional units listed as available, along with promotional pricing that had not been explained to me during my original visit. Because I liked the property, I returned simply to ask for clarification and information about those units. Unfortunately, the interaction was completely different. When I asked whether the other units had also been available the previous day, I was told they had been. I asked if I could see them and was told no, without a clear explanation. I then politely asked if the unit numbers and prices could be written down for me. Ms. Angel responded that she was "not going to write anything down" and said the information could be emailed instead. I even asked if the information could simply be written on a brochure, and she refused. Her demeanor became increasingly dismissive and rude. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to speak, and I felt as though I was being rushed out rather than assisted as a prospective resident. My voice remained calm throughout the interaction, and I did not become disrespectful or confrontational. When I stated that I would contact United Apartment Group regarding how I was being treated, I was repeatedly told to leave and to "have a good day." I even asked another employee whether this was how prospective residents were normally treated because I was genuinely shocked by the interaction. I left feeling discriminated against, unwelcome, and discouraged from renting here. What makes this especially disappointing is that I actually liked the apartment. The pricing was attractive, and I particularly liked the separate tub and shower and the built-in computer area. I had returned because I was seriously considering leasing here. A beautiful apartment and competitive pricing are important, but so is knowing that you can communicate respectfully with the management responsible for your home. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to remove The Park at Tour 18 from my apartment search. I have contacted United Apartment Group regarding my experience and hope they take the matter seriously.

I had parked in fire lane once to go put my groceries in my unit, came out on a good Friday night about 5 minutes, towed away and gone, like someone knew my every move. Damn. Ok. You got me. Fair shake. Next, I parked in handi cap, illegal, Yes, there was no parking 9pm at night, car was gone again. THAT QUICK. MY BAD, MY BAD, I OWN UP TO IT. LAST, I had a flat tire, and I'm not the only one at the complex with car issues, but you tow my vehicle for that, OOOO-NOOO , I guess I will be an idiot for resigning again, pls. Management acts like there not involve with what's being towed, but On-Site Towing company comes here mostly every weekend night and tows people vehicle, allowed by management through contracts. If you want to Park in Peace where ever you live, and not have to fight for parking when coming home from work, (Don't Move Here). It's getting worse overtime. I KNOW residents have been complaining like me. For example, since Beryl, debris have been picked up daily everywhere else to my knowledge AROUND HOUSTON OR HERE, but since July here has still BEEN DEBRIS taking up parking SPOTS and your charging people rent and towing there cars for parking BAD situations. BADD BUSINESS. I don't really blame ADARA communities, but management on site for being the mastermind behind it all. They probably got friends or family in this On-Site Towing company helping them get paid overtime. If not then create More Parking for your Residents. All the parking that's covered parking, could possibly be for residents if you don't have enough, Thuh. Lastly, there was a car that burned up near my building and literally never towed until the 3rd Week in September. I Repeat, an abandoned vehicle 3 Weeks Sat, burned here completely. But flat tires is considered what, Violations. Get Real Management people here please. Total disrespecting our Hard Earn Money. I have pics to prove my point, but you can ask residents here, I am not alone about this parking ordeal... I REST MY CASE.
