Who doesn't want to work with a much more affordable version of a "Chip and Joann"? We primarily saw and worked with Joe, while Karly is more behind the scenes. The work we had done was our two upstairs bedrooms, stuck in some unknown decade of quirky and mismatched. We were able to have our master bedroom vaulted and both bedrooms were repainted with recessive lighting installations. The Master bedroom was completely transformed beyond expectations and quickly become the favorite room of the house and the second bedroom/office is warmer, brighter, and cleaner. Joe and his team are honest, professional, and meticulous in keeping things tidy and organized. Joe is like that friend you haven't seen in a while and it's nice to have that level of trust when it comes to improving your home/sanctuary. We're looking forward to working with Eden again as we continue to make our home beautiful one step at a time.

I recently used Eden Home Renovations to complete what I'll call a basement remodel-I had some…read moreflooding in my basement and had to replace the floor, bottom two feet of drywall and trim. I had a poor experience with the folks I hired to do the water mitigation work, originally planning to have them also do the remodel and then just really bad luck trying to hire another contractor-lots of no shows, or folks who showed up for the estimate but then not follow through when I tried to hire them. After all that, dealing with Joe was like a breath of fresh air. He came out to check out my space within a week of contacting him, took his time looking around and telling me his thoughts, which I appreciated. When he was a day or two later than he mentioned getting me the written estimate, he reached out to let me know. He followed up after the estimate, which I received during a super busy time personally, and I was ready to schedule the work but had to postpone, due to last minute travel for work. We agreed on a date after I returned, and again he followed up to make sure we were still on. This kind of communication has been unheard of, in my experience with hiring other professionals to work on my house, and I really appreciated it. Joe has been responsive, reliable, and friendly throughout, accommodated my work schedule and any interactions I had with his team were also fine. I'm very pleased with the work he did to restore my basement-it looks great and I can't wait to unpack all my stuff and start getting some use out of it (and also show it off)!! All in all, I would totally hire Eden again-and you should, too!

Finished the job by Resolving all punchlist items smoothly. Checked in at the job site frequently. They did a full renovation of our kitchen and living room, designed by Juliet Walker from Evolved Interiors of Woodstock. This was a large kitchen renovation project, with some complexities, a large island, 1 mirror ball, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 3 sinks, plenty of cabinets, tile work & flooring. All excellent. We originally intended to renovate only the kitchen, but when I saw K.A. Builders quality work and Kevin's responsiveness, I felt comfortable to continue to the living room. We did not have the problems and aggravation like the stories I have heard about from other homeowners. I plan to use KA Builders in 2026 for other projects in my house. Now, we appreciate Kevin, Ashley and the team every day when we enjoy our new home. We are completely satisfied. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures! Each time that I called, Troy responded quickly and came, along with his wife Tabitha (who is actively involved in communications and helping the projects to go smoothly), to assess the project needs and subsequently provide a written estimate. I did not have to wait long to have any of my projects completed. Depending on the project, Troy completed the work himself (the landscaping projects) or delegated the work to the appropriate team. In all instances, the workers arrived on the scheduled dates and completed the projects professionally and in an extremely timely manner. Troy provided documentation of his insurance and took care of procuring all of the necessary permits that were needed for the roofing projects. I have found Troy to be reasonably priced and honest. In addition to the projects that I have had completed thus far, Chancee Enterprises is able to take care of just about any project, large or small related to home and property. I would not hesitate to call him again for future projects. It is a pleasure to work with people who are friendly, honest, responsive and get the job done.
