The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.

I changed my mind at that point, just sit outside the shop long enough and you will see... Nothing but shady characters walking in and looking at you to see if you recognize them or they you. The room was also way too hot so neither of us enjoyed the massage considering the beds were so warm and the room was too warm. When I went to check out I almost fell over. It was $218 per person plus gratuity and tax. Saying $218 was so misleading and I never would have booked it if I knew it were per person. So including gratuity ($50 a masseuse) I paid $550+ for the couples massage. I am devastated that I spent that much.

The space is warm and cozy--very welcome last night as it was 25 degrees outside. My shoulders were up to my ears, I had numbness down my right arm and right leg. I felt as if I were being stabbed in the neck. Before she even started, Cheri gave me desk exercises to do so I didn't have this problem again. She explained how she was going to massage me as a whole person, not just knotted muscles. I honestly yessed her, to just get started I was in so much pain. Within 15 minutes I could feel my body start to relax. She didn't even touch the bad parts--well not where typical massuses go. She hit various points simultaneously, and I am going to sound redundant, but I kept feeling parts of my body get out of spasm and relax. I am taller and straighter.
