Shortly after warranty had expired, the engine began to leak around the engine block. Later had leak repaired at an additional cost of $1500.00 . Was supposed to get a $500.00 check from the Jasper engine company for my engine block. Asked H &R about the $500.00 before the engine installation was completed. H & R said it would reduce repair cost by $500.00. When I received my repair bill, there was no $500.00 taken off on the repair worksheet!!! When l asked H&R about the $500.00, they became combative, insisting they had done something with no proof. When I contacted Jasper engine, I learned whoever or company sent them the engine that's who received the $500.00 H&R basically performs substandard auto repair and takes your engine refund!!!

I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!!
