Going to the dentist's office is never fun…read more This office and this dentist however are unlike any I've visited before! No expense was spared in designing this place, jam packed with all the new technology and toys dentists need to provide the very highest level of care. Floors in the office are either tile or hardwood giving the office a very clean and sanitary feel. The office and equipment are kept in pristine condition and I always feel like I'm the first one to ever sit in the chair. The large waiting ares is open and offers lots of seating and complimentary Keurig coffee and filtered water. While you're waiting enjoy the beautiful 80" plasma and turn on the fireplace!!! Soooooo cozy!!! The staff at this office are personable, energetic and fun. Their smiling faces and demeanor showcase how much they enjoy working here and that makes the entire experience enjoyable. Dr. Azadi will go above and beyond for her patients. I love coming here because she keeps me informed of what's going on in MY mouth. She takes digital X-rays, displays the images on the big screen TV and takes her time to explain the findings and plan of care. I'm a nurse and appreciate being informed and involved in my own care. First- it is very clean, the lighting is not fluorescent- instead they use a more relaxing spa like lighting that creates a calmer and more at ease experience. Second- Dr. Azadi and her kind staff have not changed. Dr. Azadi is gentle dentist who really cares about her patients smile, health, comfort, and satisfaction of her patients. Also the hygienist Valerie is so much fun- she is super kind and enthusiastic! The staff at Azadi dentistry makes going to the dentist a delight. Also the new office has a great location! Making it a feasible journey no matter what part of town you are in- getting here is no problem as it is only 5 minutes from both Evansdale and downtown.

AVOID THIS DENTIST! This is the worst business that I have…read moredealt with in my 50+ years of life in morgantown. I recently brought my family to sorriso dental and it did not go well. We had some assessments done and we needed some work, which, in its entirety, was considerably more than we could afford. We asked to break up the work into pieces so that we could maximize our health insurance coverage and make sure we would have enough monthly room in our budget. They said ok and gave us "pre-approved" estimates from our insurance. We did a couple procedures ok, but then it all came crashing down. Sorisso stated that the insurance did not pay entirely for one of the pre-approved procedures. They were off by a large amount. I called in and spoke with Joyce, the financial manager. Avoid this woman. She was very rude and very smug. Told us it wasn't their problem to know how my insurance worked, but they would help us by putting us on a payment plan. This is exactly what I tried to avoid in the beginning. We live on a budget and only have x dollars we can spend. I asked to speak to someone higher, which was the owner Labritz. She cared even less than Joyce. They told me they put in an appeal to the insurance company. We immediately called the insurance company. They told us that Sorisso had changed a code from the pre-approved amount, which used different materials for the work, and to call them. We called sorriso and they told us that it was the insurance company that changed the code. With both of them pointing at each other, that left me with a huge bill that Joyce now wanted payment for, which was higher than we could afford in our budget. The appeal was denied. That's just great. She would only extend out 6 months. Up to this, we had paid every bill in it's entirety, every time it was due. Out of all the businesses that I have dealt with in over 50 years, this one made me feel the worst. I didn't get any sense of community, or concern for folks that might be struggling on tight budgets with children. AVOID THIS DENTIST!!

Significantly higher price than the standard and push unnecessary services. Not forthcoming about insurance policies. (I have never had a dentist office that did not know what was covered and what wasn't) Office staff is rude, to say the least. It is not worth the headache of dealing with them when there are plenty of other reasonable dentists to choose from that won't make a simple cleaning a huge ordeal and break your budget.
