I was in a bad car crash in October last year and after a few weeks of crippling back pain and seeming to get nowhere with physio, I paid willow a visit and I haven't looked back since. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Any of the therapists I have dealt with have always been able to cater to my individual needs and work with my problem areas! Staff are super friendly and professional and the building is a calm oasis in a popular busy city location. The treatment rooms are warm, inviting and importantly clean. The shop also has a good selection of Bath bombs, creams and other various lotions and potions to be tempted by. All in all its good bang for your buck especially now that I can sit on a chair for more than half an hour without pain! read more

The therapy rooms are decorated in muted tones with soft lighting and are comfortably heated. Soft music plays in the background during your treatment while you float off on a sea of calm. I've been going here for about a year now and cannot recommend it highly enough. An excellent way to relax, manage stress or pain relief or if you're a sports person in need of maintenance this is the place!

I love this place. With suffering from sciatica and other back pain the importance of a good massage to me is immense. Everytime I visit it helps me to relax and takes away the pain, allowing me to do day to day activities with ease. Would recommend to anyone and the hot stones are a must! read more
