I went for about 6 months and saw great success with Slimming world. I lost about a stone, my mother in law to be lost 2 stone and my mum went to another class and lost 2 stone as well. The diet plan really works and this class is particularly busy so be prepared to queue up. At 4.95 a week for a weigh in and a talk I found it good value and inspirational for about 1 month, then I decided to do it myself as the talks are so boring! Lots of clapping and going over old ground - there are thousands of ways that the leader could make the classes more interesting - share recipes? have cooking lessons? have competitions? prizes? I would recommend the diet plan but not this particular class.
