I…read morestarted working with Jeff, who is very professional and caring, and the best physio I have ever used and I have used more than several over the years. He assessed me and discussed the programme for my recovery. I felt the progress from every physio session. By the end of the treatment I had regained 100% full range of motion in my broken shoulder, and full strength. I did the exercises Jeff told me to do in between sessions but I know the reason I made a complete recovery was because of Jeff's skill and knowledge as a physio. If I could give him more stars I would.

But with the new football season rapidly approaching I thought I'd go get the once over from a professional to prevent anything inhibiting my preseason. The whole process was straight forward. I found their website easily and was able to make an online enquiry. Within minutes I had a message back outlining their availability. This was Friday afternoon and I was in on Monday lunchtime. My physio/chiro was great. He made me fill in a form (medical history, issues. sports - the usual) and then we were straight to the treatment room for a consultation. After more questions he got me to do some mobility excersises and then diagnosed my issues. We then went on to some light tissue massage and a few more excersises. The whole experience was great - I came away with more knowledge about my back than I've ever had as well as some daily excersise and posture tips to work on. Having never done anything like this before I was impressed. The only small thing I'd say for the clinic is that it could do with some more dedicated parking. I parked on a bus lane and wasn't sure if I'd return to a ticket or not! 4.5 Stars!

LADIES BEWARE. I was touched inappropriately by Tony and when I said that area does not need…read moremassaged repeatedly, he laughed, stopped for awhile and kept doing it again. For obvious reasons i want to remain anonymous and the purpose of this review is to prevent more women from going through what I was put through and what I have heard other women have gone through. Here are the details of the horrible experience: I went to Tony for a sports massage which involved a back, shoulder, neck and pec massage. I have been for hundreds of massages in my life, both sports and therapeutic and know what to expect from each. The massage started off with my back and neck which was ok, and then my pecs. Initially he started of within the appropriate boundaries for pec massage, but later started 'massaging' my breast (he got as low as just above my nipple and the top of my nipple was revealed). I then told him that that area does not need massaged ie telling him to stop, after which his response was to laugh. At this point I was afraid and did not know what to do and thought that by warning him off once he will not do it again and will be more professional. He stopped temporarily but then returned to the area repeatedly. This happened at least 3-4 times, each time I told him no. His approach was different at each attempt. ( He approached from the armpit down to the lateral side of my breast just next to my nipple, and the other approach was he massaged from the front and subtly cupped my breast). All of these approaches were subtle, but obviously crossing the line as these areas are definitely no go areas during any massage. This was a traumatising and distressing situation of which I did not know how to react to. It took me months to write this review as I have been chatting to other sports therapists and trainers whose customers have reported similar experiences to them while dealing with Tony. This made me realise that its important for me to say something. I'm from Belfast, not San Francisco as yelp seems to think btw.

Jeb is constantly researching new forms of treatment and is currently a leading chiropractor in treating scoliosis and using spine core.
