My masseuse was really good and my husband's masseuse was just ok. It was my fault for telling the masseuse to go easy on him since he is taking blood thinners. The other half was suffering from a really bad case of vertigo, and almost at the end of his tether I took him here to see if chiropractic could help. The waiting room and receptionist were both warm and friendly, and then off we went to see Dr. Nic. He was really thorough, talking the OH through his whole health history, taking Xrays and being really sympathetic. He then gave him an adjustment and sent him on his way with some good advice and exercises to do at home. The whole treatment took 3 sessions, and the results were amazing, so good to even knock the scepticism out of me. I hope I continue to enjoy good health, but the moment I don't I'll be knocking on Dr. Nic's door, and so should you. :-)

I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Any of the therapists I have dealt with have always been able to cater to my individual needs and work with my problem areas! Staff are super friendly and professional and the building is a calm oasis in a popular busy city location. The treatment rooms are warm, inviting and importantly clean. The shop also has a good selection of Bath bombs, creams and other various lotions and potions to be tempted by. All in all its good bang for your buck especially now that I can sit on a chair for more than half an hour without pain!

Attended the clinic yesterday, and paid £45 for a consultation for my adult acne…read more Although the nurse was lovely, what I got from the doctor was 15 minutes of questioning on my very personal issues of depression and anxiety, an unsympathetic and patronising talk on the sebaceous glands and bacteria (complete with diagrams!) and a demonstration of Dr. McKeown's dodgy laser machine. The blurb on acne/rosecea on their website is entirely misleading. There was literally no mention in this consultation of the products I currently use, supplements I take and treatments that I had tried before. This consultation is basically a hard sell on the very expensive products offered at the clinic, and the n-lite laser treatment (which was demonstrated with *unsterilised* goggles). I am unwilling to try the products due to not being allowed to use any other moisturisers or makeup for approx 3 months - I am a 25 year old woman with a public facing job; it would be unfeasible for me to go to work with peeling/red acneic skin. I would not recommend this place if you have experience of acne treatment, are serious about what you need and unwilling to be treated like a teenager.

The second is that the hospital has developed different sections at different times throughout its existence which has meant that its turned into a bit of a maze. Trying to blend the original hospital into the newer parts of the building hasn't really worked out and resulted in some parts being in areas where you wouldn't expect and at some point in the future someone will have to make changes to which departments are situated on which floors and where they are most suitable. The space isn't being managed to its best possible potential. All types of medicine should be on the same floor and same area to make everything better managed. Cant fault the staff though even the junior doctors on weekends.
