It's quite a cramped shop and they have filled it as best they can. On the left hand side is the organic, whole foods that are all sourced from Fair trade marked groups keeping with the shops ethical policy. The right hand side is for the sweet, sweet drugs. They stock all sorts of natural remedies and pick me ups straight from natures pharmacies all over the world. The staff are passionate about what they are trying to promote and can get a little on the preachy side, but its their shop after all.

We stopped outside and I was told to 'run in like a good girl' to get what he needed, namely some alternative medicines and foods, and I was struck by how this place seemed to be a better option than some of the pricier High Street stores that offer the same products. The staff were really helpful when I needed to find the various items (Dad didn't explain it very well) and they helped me get sorted with all the bits and pieces I needed. She mentioned several new products they had on order that I usually buy from musclefood online so im very excited to see someone local is stocking. The owner runs a few local gyms and is one of the best supps distributor in Ireland. Glad to see he is back in the city centre. Will update review once ive tried some more products.

I wanted to try some sample sizes of protein. They give me them for free!!!. I have had bloating with the protein I am on at the minute so was looking for an alternative. They answered all my questions over Facebook and helped me more when I came into the shop. Annoyed that I have not been in here before now. A lot of the stuff I looked at I pay more for online. Could have saved myself time and wasted money buying the wrong things. They have lots of stock from drink containers to snacks. The snack bars are the cheapest I have seen anywhere. Super impressed. The bakery is right on the Main Street under a little archway. There's a big sign. Inside you'll find a fab selection of tasty treats! The idea is fab tasting desserts, bars, cakes and traybakes but the big difference is they are all healthier versions with no added refined sugars or nasty processed crap. The stuff needs to be tasted to believed that its actually so good! I begrudgingly let mum try some and she refused to believe it wasn't "5 million calories" They have a great meal prep service. Your choice of meals a day with healthy amounts of protein, fat and carbs. Great for those who don't have the time to prep and are maybe starting a new healthy eating regime. This shop also has many additive and preservative free products such as jams and preserves. I bought some lovely rhubarb and ginger preserve to go on some wheaten bread my friend made for me. I nearly ate the whole jar in one sitting - so nice. Bizarrely, as I was leaving I noticed a poster asking if anyone had seen a white owl about the place. I saw one a few days ago in a tree in Portaferry so I rang up. Nothing to do with the shop but Bizarre all the same.
