So I decided to come here and hope for the best. Not only were my expectations met, but they were exceeded. Arturo was very prompt, polite, and customer service oriented. Maybe 2 hours after dropping my computer off, he called and informed me that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. He gave me a GREAT bargain with an offer I couldn't refuse. Called in regards to warranty issues AGAIN with the storm door. The first appointment, they completely forgot the appointment was set up. Showed the next day and said they would get back to me. I again had to contact them. Setup another appointment date and time. Again, there has been a no show or response as to why after a week.
