I am now at deeper peace with his passing, as much as I continue to grieve heavily. Hearing how he's doing, receiving healing images and energies from him, and receiving answers to some of my burning questions has been nothing short of life-changing. He even shared something highly specific with Michelle that only I would understand, providing an additional layer of validation. I cannot recommend Michelle's services highly enough.

You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the business, and I really appreciated that. I received a 90-minute massage. The massage itself was okay, but it wasn't anything memorable. I've probably had 30 massages over the years, and this one was pretty average compared to others I've had. Unfortunately, what stood out most was that my massage therapist repeatedly passed gas throughout the session. I understand that everyone is human and things happen, but it occurred multiple times during the 90 minutes, and she never acknowledged it or even said "excuse me." It made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable massage. I truly appreciated how clean and inviting the spa was, but because of this experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning.

Teresa is an incredible listener and has such a calming and soothing nature about her which helps the overall experience. I feel better just being in her space and presence. She's passed along some handy tips for getting grounded and staying balanced in chaotic situations. I've found my sessions with her to provide significant emotional healing and balance. I was skeptical toward distance reiki but I travel a lot for work so I opted to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Now I'll incorporate distance reiki into my travel routine to ensure I stay balanced and grounded. If you're on the fence about this modality, I would give it a go! After several flights and a lot of swirling and chaotic energy in my body, a 30 minute virtual session rebalanced me and got me regrounded. I could feel calmness and recalibration within minutes. So grateful to have this option when I'm traveling or can't see Teresa in person.

I had several sessions with him & felt healing happen just by being around him - he was so informative in educating me on my structure, encouraging me to strengthen my calves to help support my weak ankles (from years of soccer & running on uneven terrain). He worked with me on my legs & posture and I noticed an immediate difference after our first session. His background is dynamic and thorough, having taken yoga classes with him and received some great anatomical info there as well. He has been studying the human form for a long time and has always struck me as naturally gifted with his observations and ability to teach about it. Huge fan of the Rolfing method of realigning structure and returning to our earlier physical realities, prior to tensing up from repetitive movements that often stem from old injuries - both to our physicality and to our spirit. Rolfing is magic in releasing these structural defenses we accrue over time, helping us unlock and return to our freer moving selves & spirits! Ossian is a fantastic medium for this healing. Xo!

I've been trying to turn things around in my life lately so this came at a perfect time. This free, one hour session runs at 5pm on the third Wednesday of each month. I arrived and entered the building from the back and could easily see where the session was being held. I took a seat as people started filing in. There were probably about 12-15 of us. Yvonne, the leader, introduced herself and told us that she held her first session in January. She explained a little bit about Midtown Mindfulness and began the guided meditation. Afterwards, she provided some written material to help us understand how mindfulness can help us. Although the session is free, donations help pay the rent and are very much appreciated. In addition to meditation, Midtown Mindfulness also offers psychotherapy, psychiatry, massage, reiki and yoga. If you are looking to reduce the stress in your life, mindful meditation is a great way to get started.

She now sees her weekly for massage and energy work. Her office is immediately calm and welcoming as you walk in. It's spacious comfortable clean and transformative. When I walked she gave me a welcoming hug and we began discussing my health history and my needs. We started with 30min of Reiki, which I've never done before, she approached it with a very calm and professional touch. Her hands were very warm as she explained what she was doing and how my energy blockages were manifesting through her as a conduit. The last 30 minutes focused on my lower back and glutes as I expressed my history of low back pain from my profession as a chiropractor. Her massage work in and of itself is amazing! She wasn't hesitant to go right in on the tight spots and use her elbows and forearms to work on the chronic adhesions I have. Overall I highly recommend Jennifer. I look forward to my next appointment! My only suggestion is for Jennifer to charge MORE for what she does and the time and energy she puts into her session. Great experience.

Im new to the area and had purchased a Groupon with hopes of finding a Massuese in the area. Im in the medical field and massages are my weekly self-care. Perhaps an earlier courtesy call is too much to ask for?!? Also if you are NOT going to honor a Groupon why register your business on the site.
