Unfortunately, my experience at Willow Grove Beverage was less than satisfactory, primarily due to the poor attitude of the counter person. From the moment I approached the counter, it was clear they were not in a good mood. There was no greeting, no smile, and absolutely no attempt at basic customer service. Instead, I was met with an unfriendly demeanor and a tone that made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but as the face of the business, it's important to at least make an effort to treat customers respectfully. This kind of negativity makes for a very unpleasant experience, and honestly, it made me want to take my business elsewhere.
Aside from that, the store itself is okay in terms of selection and cleanliness, but the atmosphere is completely ruined by the lack of warmth and professionalism from the staff. It's a shame because this could be a decent spot if the customer service improved. I hope the management takes notice and works to address this issue because first impressions matter, and this one was far from good. read more
