Shelves are half-empty, as if they can't be bothered with inventory for walk-ins. Might as well call themselves "Bland Arrangements for Funerals and Anniversaries " and get rid of the storefront.

Stopped by their new location on Sunnyside and discussed the flowers and look of bouquet that I was interested in. My family likes nice flowers and I did not want stereotypical V-Day flowers (roses) . A Secret Garden delivered and my mom was extremely happy with what she received and she couldn't stop taking pictures of them.(attached) My mom said they were the best flowers she's ever received. She kept describing how when looking at the bouquet there was yet another variety of flower. I am very happy with the bouquet and look forward to using A Secret Garden again.

The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

I ordered flowers through a third party that were arranged and delivered by B&B Floral, complete with a signed card on their own letterhead. The flowers that were delivered were a fraction of what I paid for and ordered, which was the PREMIUM option. There are three choices: Regular, Deluxe, and Premium (these are typical choices from any Florist.) They delivered the exact opposite of what I ordered. I understand that not every florist has the exact flowers pictured in stock, but this was just horrible. B&B Floral just pushed me to deal with the third party and not them. I understand that, and I did do just that. They put all the blame on the third party. They have to know that they are delivering a product that is absolutely EXTORTIONATE in price. I've ordered flowers five times in less than three months for people all over the Bay Area. Berkeley, two in San Jose, Oakley, and now this one in Clovis. I have ordered flowers directly from florists and from third-party companies for years. I ordered flowers from the same third party on Tuesday, February 24th, for delivery in San Jose, and the arrangement was beautiful. I ordered again just yesterday, February 27th (only three days later), through the same third party. B&B Floral treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing and didn't want to take any responsibility. I called them twice today, trying to be polite and telling them, "I'm on your side," only to be met with the statement that they would not take any responsibility. Again, I will say that if you're going to put your name on a product that fails miserably, you better expect the consequences, and you might want to rethink doing any business with that third party. After contacting the florist and the third-party today, I've only just learned that B&B floral told the third-party to place the order with another local Florist, after having the choice to make things right. Please see the pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered, and you can form your own opinion. Please note that I posted a review on Yelp for the flowers delivered a couple days ago to a different person through the same third-party in San Jose. Update to my review because they didn't add the pictures that I tried to include. They only included a picture that I added, as an example from a completely different florist.
