They had all kinds of the latest styles in tile and what I found to be most interesting was there very nice selection of fake marble. Some of the new porcelain marbles look exactly like the real thing which makes bathroom clean up very easy. That's exactly what I was looking for. The sales people were very helpful and answered all of my questions and even came out to my house to measure. Apparently they do more than just so tile, they also install and fabricate real marble. I love going into these kind of places just to see the different variations of stone. I think they're very neat. I also think compared to a lot of other tile places I have gone to that you do get a better level of customer service. A lot of other places sort of blow you off if you're not a decorator. I didn't get that feel from Fiorenza stone. Therefore I would absolutely recommend them.

However, after discussing saving the old hardware and just using on new door, he only installed the doorknob and not the dead bolt. And on the inside of door frame, there was barely any support for the dead bolt. A little screw holding in the latch. He assured me a few times that he would be back to finish the 20 minute job. Sept. 18th was the last text I got.

I would NOT hire this man! His quote was reasonable and timely and the pictures on Yelp looked ok,…read moreso I hired him to replace a step at my mother's house. However, all through the process he did not listen to what I wanted. He started the project in the middle of winter claiming it would only take a day and a half. I told him I would rather wait for spring, but he said not to worry. We ended up having cold rain and he could not complete the project. It took him another 6 weeks to come back and "finish" putting the cap stones on the step. My elderly mother had walk through the snow and ice to use the back entrance to the house for over a week until I had to call him and ask if she could use the unfinished step. He finally came back to put the cap stones on 6 weeks later and I asked him to send me pictures of the finished step before final payment. He never did saying that he wanted to come back and fill in some of the gaps. My mother paid him not knowing I needed the final pics, and we never saw him again. After months of repeated attempts to get him to come out and finish, he never showed and then completely ghosted me. Class act! The final product...inconsistent texture, uneven walking surface that comes up in the center, huge gaps that will collect water and debris over time.
